In general all the items that i bought from gearbest was arrived in 30 days, well packaged and not damaged, only one item i bought and they didn't ship it until 15 days passed from the order time, and i still waiting for it until now, beside that all is good.
A great experience, I have over a hundred finished orders on gearbest.com. Only two of those were not entirely good, however issues were solved in my favor, and quickly.
Products are of high quality, of course most are of well known brands like Xiaomi, but these that were of Gearbest own brands were decent as well.
Shipping is quick and it is due to multiple available shipping methods (I live in Poland) and there is also optional shipping insurance.
I definitely recommend this store.

I love my Xinlehong 9125. This 1:10 scale rc truck is well priced for what it is: Stable, two Speed modes, 4WD with many metal parts. Water resistant. I have now three of them. Spare parts are available. My 5 year old son loves it too. We run them in Mud, snow, in the rain, in the sand. They stand all that!

Dec. 21st I inquire as to where the product is. Customer service says that I need to be more "patient" product was due to be delivered in 15-25 days, and is still in that window, and now they will close my ticket.
Dec. 27th. I inquire as to where my product is. Customer service copy and pastes a canned response that holidays slow things down, I need to be more "patient" and they close my ticket without me being able to respond.
Jan 4th. Ask again where the product is. Customer service says that sometimes processing takes
"a few extra days" and I should continue to be patient and wait.
Jan 7th the person I bought the gift for finds their own and buys it. I now request a refund and to cancel the order. Customer service responds with I need to allow 7-10 days for the tracker to update before they will do anything with my order.
Jan 12th No update. Still waiting, still not being helped, and the order sits in limbo.
They only post their tracking in Chinese. So you have to run it through a translator to have any clue what it is talking about. Even then, the order tracking makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. You have no idea where your order is let alone when it will arrive. They make up excuses rather than help you and continue to string you along months after you've made a purchase without refunding you. I'll post my order tracking so you can see what kind of crapshoot this is.
DO not order from gearbest. You will be seriously disappointed let alone conned out of money.
I have made some orders in Gearbest. When I have had some problem, the assitant team had solved it. One piece arrived broken and after show the problem to the support team, they sent me a new one.On another order, They received their goods later and the order was delayed and we reached an agree with GB points for a new order.In short, a good store to buy.

Hello! I shopping in GearBest for about two years. One of the last orders No. **************277 in the "Black Friday" section, the promotion "Three for the price of two." The order went for quite a long time, about 20 days (earlier it came in 10-12). Apparently a lot of parcels after the "Black Friday" before the New Year holidays. The order was divided into two parcels (therefore I write "about 20 days"). The cost of goods, in my opinion, is quite high without taking into account stocks and discounts. Coupons help out infrequently, I use a discount for points more (discount up to 30%; 50 points = 1 dollar). Points are awarded for reviews with photos and videos (70-150 points), daily visits to the site using a mobile application, etc. By the way, the Android mobile application is completely in Russian, there are more discounts than on the site. I am satisfied with the work of the support service: they respond within 24 hours. For inaccuracies in the description of the goods (from this particular order) 100 points ($ 2) are compensated. So look for products with a good discount in stock + discount points - it turns out pretty cheap. I pay via PayPal, convenient + extra protection (it was a precedent a year ago, it really helped). In general, an excellent store with a huge assortment of goods!

They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
