It is a store where I have been buying for many years, because I have all kinds of products and at very low prices, I highly recommend this store.
It is a good shop, they are always aware of the problems that our clients have, when a problem is solved very quickly and when you need a refund they do it without asking questions to return the money quickly.
Nothing wrong, fast delivery, no fees, I´ve got discount, great support, they answer in a few hours.

Recently bought a Beelinkg GT1 A from Gearbest with a great promotion and price.

I live in Brazil and I found Gearbest when I was looking for a Mi Band 3. The shop has the best discount, the best shipment, the best products, the fastest time arivel (less then a month to travel across the world) and the best post purchase. Gearbest is the best eletronic shop ever and from now on I'll only shop as Gearbest.
I'm a customer for about 2 years and I have to say that it is a great internet store. I bought many stuff from there, such as mobile phones for my friends and family and toys. Many of them were very very good. There was one time, that an item didn't not arrive as was supposed to, and the store fully refund me. I recommend it.
I made a purchase of 2 car mp5 players for me and for my friend, they were unable to deliver the items to me and they are returned back to China. Now it's really hard to get a refund from these guys, they are making me wait every time I contact them for 3-5-7 days etc. Is this a new way of scam? If this is not solved I'm going to apply to my card company. Please solve this issue so that we can change the feedback to a positive one. Also I don't believe these 5 stars feedbacks are legit, I am pretty sure that they are given by fake people with fake orders. It seems Gearbest is not a company we can trust. Do not buy from them if you don't want to lose money.

Shipping in about 15-20 days as it is an article. The customer service responds quickly and in Spanish, which is appreciated. Recommendable everything I ask for comes in a very short time compared to the rest of pages 10/10
I've made lots of orders on GearBest (100+ probably) and only 2 I didn't receive, but they resend it when I contacted to Support Center about not getting these items within 90 days. Good looking website with easy navigation. By applying points you can cut the price of the order up to 30%, it's really good GearBest feature. Delivery to Ukraine takes 12-30 days. Paying via PayPal, credit card, webmoney and others, but I recommend pay only via PayPal. The firm app on Android and iOS is also as good as the website. And on the app there is exclusive promotion - App Only (the price of an item on the app would be cheaper than on the website). Live Chat answer really fast. I'm satisfied and recommend to shopping there.

I am very happy with the products that I bought in gearbest, they always have them at unbeatable prices and they arrive quite fast (I live in Poland). The deal with the customer is very good. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants technology at a great price! They often provide lovely discounts. Nowadays they have opened many magazines in Europe so delivery time is often under one week.
Como dije en el título, al ser una página que vende de sus propios almacenes y no usa vendedores externos tenés estandarizado el sistema que usan. Siempre excelente el servicio de atención al cliente (siendo de Argentina suelen responder de madrugada, pero siempre lo hacen con el mayor esfuerzo de resolver el problema que tengas). Por último algo que me gusta mucho es su sistema de puntos que ganas haciendo reviews de compras o únicamente ingresando todos los días a su app. La foto es de otra compra que hice con ellos (una Mi Band 2) porque la caja del Roidmi la tiré apenas lo recibí.
