My experience with gearbest has been very good so far. I bought a smartphone and the purchase process was smooth and easy to make, order delivered on-time. Just a small complain is that it wasn't too easy to track the parcel. I was provided with a tracking number, but it was not always updated and I couldn't uderstand where my order was after it left the warehouse. Other than that, the parcel arrived safely and well packed. I definetly recommend to use gearbest as online shopping platform.

So far I always had a great shopping experience with Gearbest. Great prices, good quality and the shipping times are accurate. So far I shipped to Portugal and to the UK and the items always arrived, carefully packaged.
Any problems I have had, gearbest customer support was always able to help me and issue refunds provided the I had bought the insurance (a pretty low price to pay for the added benefits).

Gearbest is best seller from all eshops in CN. Communication is on very good level, issues are solved on time. Packages and shipment is very fast. I am very happy that GB opened warehouses in Europe because then shipment and delivery is till 5 days. I can only recommend GB, they have lot of product from lot of categories.
