I have used Gearbest for some time now and honestly I have not been dissapointed. I received my previous order exactly as stated, in time, in perfect condition and as advertised. Being in Africa usually entails your packages arriving damaged and at times not according to description but with Gearbest the two drones I ordered arrived well packaged and in good time for my nephews birthday. This time I ordered rc cars and Gearbest customer service has been awesome to say the least and when they promised me my shipment was being processed immediately it was and i verified through DHL and I was pleased to get a shipoment confirmation.

I also want to say about Gearbest, I have been buying at this store for more than two years, it sells high-quality and original products. I am pleased and will buy more. Keep it up! I wish them further professional growth.

Gearbest offers very really good products at good prices. To Brazil the shippment is not fast but is not Gearbest fault. I strongly recommend the shop.

Hello this year didn't started for me that well, since my headphone broke at first week of the year. I researched for replacement, read reviews and tests and I chosed Kotion Each G1000 will be my perfect choice. First I just started to look at the common auction sites and I found few good deals but as I researched more Gearbest website poped up and this site had the best price for this item. First I asked from my friends and they was familiar with Gearbest before me and they had good experience with this site so I choose to use it also.

I ordered my headphone, payment trough paypal was one click easy, they accepted the payment instantly no struggle. They shipped out the product quickly I chosed tracking shipping method and they gave me info from every step of the shipping. I remember something wasn't clear in one of the step when the shipment reached some warehouse and I wasn't familiar some words they used so I just contacted support and their support is very good they always answering very fast and kind also they working hard to solve all the problems. They explained what that word meant of shipping tracking.

When I got the product it was well packed, perfect condition and when I tested I was very satisfied with the quality, I felt the value-price ratio is very good and I made the best purchase I could, the local shops not offer anything near this good offer and Gearbest even beat the online shops and auction sites also. Highly recommended.

I usually not write reviews but in this case I thought it worth to write it and share on few review sites cause maybe someone have no friend like I had to ask about this website and they not know yet they can trust Gearbest or not. If you reading this you know no the answer for this is a big YES, Gearbest is trustable.

Gearbest is one of those websites you'll be happy to have come across. They have such a wide variety of goods - a lot of which I never even new I needed!:)
They're perfect for all those odds-and-ends you wish somebody had invented, or for all sorts of tech gadgets and gizmos at really cheap prices.

The quality of the items is usually surprisingly good (when considering the low prices). Sure, shipping from China can take a while and a lot of items are supplied with very basic or no packaging - but the products themselves rarely leave anything to be desired.

Gearbest is scammer - do not buy from them. They should rename to Gearworst. I purchased a neje laser engraver from these guys and added insurance to the order with extra payment. Their insurance promises to resend of the item immediately if it has problems while shipping. My order arrived me in a broken state and I send them all requested evidences. However, they now do not keep their promise and forcing me to return the product in order to help me. I ask them about insurance and I want to use my rights but they ignore it. This is a well established scam, do not buy from Gearbest. I believe all these 5 stars feedbacks are given by themselves and fake ones because this style of business is a scam nothing else!

I was searching for a SONOFF BASIC WiFi Wireless Smart Switch online, and Indian websites were showing 2 to times more the rate of Gearbest. Actually Gearbest was listing the product with fast shipping and cheap rate at the same time. I am so glad the item reached me so fast and the package was also awesome!
