Overall experience with GearBest is rather good. Ordered a pair of bluetooth earbuds "go, comma i7S TWS". The item arrived in projected timeframe and turned out to be of poor quality.
The issues were: less than an hour playback time at fully charged earbud batteries (contrary to 3-4 hours promised in manual); constant and sudden disconnections from a BT device.
The GearBest Support however did a great job in resolving the matter and refunding the items' price.

I have enough time buying in this store (2 years) and I can say without fear that it is one of the best stores in China in which I have bought. Your products, like the attention are good, as well as the delivery time. I will no doubt continue shopping at GearBest

Gearbest is a very good webshop. Excellent communication, customer service. The goods are packaged accurately and carefully.

The item is sent by regular national mail. This method was previously free but now a symbolic price is made, depending on the type, weight and number of the item. It takes between 15 and 30 days to reach the buyer and sometimes it may take longer depending on the quality of the mail in your country. This method is always used, especially if the commodity is cheap, there is no sense because you buy a commodity at a cheap price and a high price to ship. You can not track the item this way when it arrives in your country.

A Gearbest era uma excelente loja, mas ao longo dos últimos meses tornou-se péssima. Isso ocorreu principalmente na questão de envios de produtos. Informam um prazo para envio e logo após a compra mudam totalmente. Estão levando mais de 1 mês para enviar produtos simples, isso piora ainda mais quando há produtos diferentes no pedido, pois nunca enviam. Pedem sempre para trocar por outro produto, mas também não há em estoque o produto escolhido.
Estou há mais de 1 mês aguardando o envio de um pedido, mas até o momento nada. Nem mesmo o envio parcial do pedido que eles sempre fizeram, não estão fazendo mais. Pode haver 10 itens em estoque, mas se houver 1 fora, eles não enviam. Isso não acontece somente comigo, acontece com diversos clientes, que inclusive deixaram a Gearbest para comprar em lojas que valorizam os seus clientes.
Efetuei um novo pedido recentemente confiando que a loja poderia efetuar um envio rápido e dentro do prazo informado, mudaram totalmente as datas de envio do produto.
Tentam "comprar" os clientes oferecendo pontos, como desculpa pelos problemas.
Espero que consigam resolver o meu problema.

The product is exactly what I bought and the customer service is very good and proactive.
The shipping tracking can be improved, but I wouldn't give less stars because of this, the product arrived on time.

I've bought several gadgets since the first time (5 smartphones, a TV box and other accessories). The products have always been as described in the web (the opinions and comments help a lot) and always well packaged. It takes some time to arrive, but if you know it and don't wait for fast shippings that won't be a problem. Prices are unbeatable, and having the chance of paying by paypal is a warranty. I recommend it completely.

I am buying on gearbest for few years now. Nothing that expensive, but it was always good experience. I think the most expensive thing was mobile phone for like 150eur. But everytime i had some small problem, they refunded me and not asking for anything. It was situations like screen protector came broken and stuff like that. I really like GearBest and their prices are like really chep, so i will continue to buy there. It doed take a long time for package to come to you, but hey, its china and i don't want to pay for shipping, so it is good like this. Would recommend to anyone.

I've had a great experience with Gearbest, my first purchase was a 3D printer at a significant discount, and what surprised me was the speed at which the order arrived.

After that I kept making other orders, I never had to wait long for them to arrive, everything was always neatly packed and came quickly.

I like their deals, their selection of items is fantastic, and I like their constant sales and discounts, which encourage me to consider my options when looking for stuff to buy.

Their products are extremely detailed in their respective pages, and you always buy what they advertise, their quality is unquestionable and their prices are most of the times the best in the market.
Their support center is amazing, always ready to help you with no reservations, even if there's been some time since you bought your order. One such example is the order number i'm refering in this review. There was a problem with the graphic board of this android TV Box, and they promptly gave me several options to resolve my problem from the replacement of the item to the reimbursement.
