I bought at GearBest for more than 5 years, the store has great products, good prices, and until now was fair when I needed support for product problems.

I always recommend the GearBest to friends.

It is probably the site with which I had the best experience since I ordered articles on the internet.
All my orders arrived safely, I never had a bad surprise, the quality has always been faithful to the promise.
Even if sometimes the price is two or three dollars higher compared to other sites, it is more reassuring to order on gearbest, at least we are certain that the customer service will never let us down.
This is really the site that I recommend in first place to all the people who ask me for advice.

I would like to share my experience so that I can help other people, especially those who are afraid to import, since in my country (Brazil) import is seen by the eyes of the government, which favors the very high national products:(No wonder no, GearBest is all that your new logo/branding say's, a SMILE of a HAPPY person.The purchase as far as I am from her happens with a support as if it were a local merchant (Brazil). My order was divided into two parts for inventory, the first one arrived within the deadline after the posting, but the second took a little longer than the standard, not because of GB, but the postal agency of my country that took in the customs process. But GB has kept me updated and I guarantee that any situation I will be getting the best possible way. The products always come perfectly packaged, in good condition and kept.And best of all, there are always offers and Brazil is not excluded from these offers, we also have promotions that give us discounts and products, I myself have already won a lot of GB Points that have earned me a beautiful one of a discount^^I really like this store, and its service, both ticket and live messenger are exceptional! I recommend for Brazilians.

On more than one occasion, I've been lured into giving money in advance to this company, when they didn't even have the item in stock (although their webpage *always* lists items as purchasable, never giving users any warnings as to stock status, etc...)

I had opened a ticket in their system, and they replied by saying my item was "backordered" - upon my questioning about it never been advertised as such in its page, they replied:
"Stock and availability shown on our site is for your reference only." - THIS IS BULL$#*!!
You either place ACTUAL stock availability info or you REMOVE IT. You are scammers who use the lowest techniques to lure customers into giving you money.

I am fed up with this bad practice. On top of this BS, these are the options they offered me:
- "Option 1: Wait a little longer." (SERIOUSLY?)
- "Option 2: Exchange for another item of my choice." - now, if I had wanted another item, would I have not picked... erm... ANOTHER ITEM? And what if that item was also in "backorder"?

None of the options were satisfying, I wanted my money back, and to get them to do it, I had to exchange "a few" more messages with them until they finally bulged and refunded me.

Gearbest, from this moment on, you are in my $#*!list. You are among the worst scamming websites I have ever seen. Good bye.
Welcome Aliexpress, Banggood, DX, etc, etc. You do not deserve to be a marketplace. I hope you go out of business soon.

Remarkable and reliable store.
I live in Greece and parcels come in 15-20 days (FREE SHIPPING)
They were almost always in their time.
I've bought lots of parcels from Gearbest many times.
There has never been a problem with parcels that is responsible for the store.
You can also insure the bumper for damage during transport.
The quality of the products is priced according to the money.
As many times as customer service was very good and informative.

It's my number one shop from more then 2 years :) all is okay especially customer service because for me it's the most important when something happen for example with carrier. They help and i always add to my orders shipping insurance to sleep calm.
Made about 100+ orders during this 2 years and i'm happy with them :) (mostly from China but some of them was from EU warehouses) for sure i can recommend Gearbest (especially with shipping time and COST - always look when buying in China on shippingcost because on many site'sitem price is low but shipping cost couple times more!)

Around 02/13/2018 - the phone was unboxed, non-working.
02/14/2019 - I wrote in support.
02/25/2019 - I was offered $ 20.
03/04/2019 - I sent the phone back.
03/12/2019 - the phone was received by the store.
12/03/2019 - Store said that they can not fix it, they will return the money.
Very long correspondence.
12/04/2019 - there is still no money, but the store said they made a refund 2019-04-08 (lying).
04/13/2019 - the store says: Return to your account takes 7-14 business days.
Very long correspondence.

05/08/2019 - Please wait 3-5 days.
09/05/2019 - Please wait 3-5 days.
