Quality items for cheap price, will definitely use again. I bought android box for my TV for very cheap, probably $20 and it's best thing I bought this year. With apps on my phone I could use miracast so i didnt have to buy expensive chromecast :)

I've been using Gearbest almost since it's beginning and it's my first choice when it comes to electronics and lightning for my DIY projects. Their customer support is one the best, I have no complaints about any of my orders and their products
On more than one occasion, I've been lured into giving money in advance to this company, when they didn't even have the item in stock (although their webpage *always* lists items as purchasable, never giving users any warnings as to stock status, etc...)
I had opened a ticket in their system, and they replied by saying my item was "backordered" - upon my questioning about it never been advertised as such in its page, they replied:
"Stock and availability shown on our site is for your reference only." - THIS IS BULL$#*!!
You either place ACTUAL stock availability info or you REMOVE IT. You are scammers who use the lowest techniques to lure customers into giving you money.
I am fed up with this bad practice. On top of this BS, these are the options they offered me:
- "Option 1: Wait a little longer." (SERIOUSLY?)
- "Option 2: Exchange for another item of my choice." - now, if I had wanted another item, would I have not picked... erm... ANOTHER ITEM? And what if that item was also in "backorder"?
None of the options were satisfying, I wanted my money back, and to get them to do it, I had to exchange "a few" more messages with them until they finally bulged and refunded me.
Gearbest, from this moment on, you are in my $#*!list. You are among the worst scamming websites I have ever seen. Good bye.

They gave me the best support they could to solve an issue I had with the local post office service of my country. I could count on them in everything about my order and the issue I had. My order came as I expected.

From my experience, Gearbest offers perfect customer protection. Sometimes it happens that the goods is damaged or wrong, but they always refunded without needing me to return the goods back. That's appreciated, you don't have that in many other stores. Variety of items is very nice, I have spent much money there and I will again. I use Gearbest a long time and never meet any problems or defects with order. All always in good condition, always originals. Sometimes prices is highter that on Aliexpress, but on Ali I met sometimes fake items, or damaged. But not on Gearbest. That's way I use Gearbest for shopping. My advise: look for sales, use coupons and join to gearbest associations in facebook and VK to find better prices for items you need.
This is a great site to get hot items of all type well below the typical price your would see in other please. Check them out and give them a try.
I've ordered plenty of items from this store, and I've had nothing but good experiences. They package their items well, deliver in a timely manner, and the customer service is very helpful and often reply within a day or two.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
