I made numerous gearbest purchases, but the last one was great.
I wanted to buy a tablet (HUAWEI Honor Play MediaPad 2 BG2 - W09 Tablet PC - Gray) using a discount coupon,
But the object was slow to arrive in the warehouse, so I contacted the assistance and in addition to maintaining the discount, they allowed me to apply it to a far superior tablet (Lenovo P8 (TAB3 8 Plus) 4G Tablet 3GB RAM 16GB ROM - Dark Blue 4G Version) which was immediately available and in flash sale! (generally you cannot use coupons and flash sale together)!

First of all, I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 at one of the best price on the market.
Even if it came straight from an HK warehouse and it was such easy!
Only 16 days later, (10/04/19 - 26/04/19) I got it in my hands, with a clear step by step order tracking during this period of time.
So, an nice website with full product's information (as if it compatible with electrical plugs, langage or LTE band...), a quick shipping and definitely amazing prices, can't expect more!

Gearbest.com is a very good sales company. The Communication is very fast. Questions are answerde fast and with high quality. The items I ordered arrived very well packaged. I live in Europe and I recommend this seller. I bought many times from Gearbest and in my opinion it is the best e-commerce if you want to buy straight from China to avoid European prices. It is a little bit more expensive than other websites, but the shipping is much fast (mostly < 3 weeks from order to delivery) and the products are 100% original.
The last couple of years I buy phones through the online store. Gearbest is a store I trust. Good price for items, high quality products and fast delivery. I like a lot of promotions and discounts. Sellers are sociable and always concerned about the quality of service. I am pleased with the service.
This was to be an easy simple buy of a set of headphones in January for a 2 week delivery in Feb.
But after taking my money for a product showing as "available" no stock was found until April,
And now at end of May still in "transit".
After now reading some of the previous reviews, I see they are incompetent and or fraudulent.

So, Best efforts 4 months + delay after taking the money,
2 days after negative reviews they ask me to "consider" removing/updating the review.
I have done so,
They are definitely incompetent, and do NOT offer a customer friendly experience.

In all the time I've ordered at gearbest I was never upset in the end. The shipping became really fast over the years and the support is very competent.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
