Bought a Lenovo mobile phone. Dispatch was quick. There were no problems with customs. Product was fine.
I waited for two months to recieve my product and I haven't recieved it. Despite this, the customer service was so good since I had back all my money. Overall, my first experience with Gearbest is positive.

Even if there is a problem, you can rely on your suport. Unfortunately, the ordered phone came with a defect. This can happen. After contacting the GB suport's I shared the problem. We have received the address where we should send the broken phone. After the arrival of the phone in spain we were given the choice whether we want to have the money or a new phone. We decided on the phone which was delivered relatively quickly.
So Gearbest is not only the best seller but also has a great service.
So far everything has been quite good.
Sometimes things just take lot of time to arrive to Italy but it's a great place to buy tech

Costumer support communication is terrible, will try not to solve any damage good, if you need to send it you will have to pay the transport cost and when broken support will try to reimburse you with less than half the price you paid.

I have never seen a company like that. Gearbest always supported me and all of my requests, also, everything I bought there is excellent! Now I know Gearbest, I do not want to visit any other website, mainly if I consider the attention they give me, which is unique!
