Trying to buy from Gearbest was a terrible experience. I ordered Gearbest's Matom aluminum suitcase on April 10,2019. The suitcase arrived nearly two weeks later, near the end of April, 2019. I was not aware that the suitcase had been shipped from Cathay, Hong Kong, then through Chino, CA. I found that the suitcase had a factory flaw when it arrived (not a shipping damage issue), a long wrinkle in the body of the suitcase. I contacted Gearbest in early May and explained the problem. Gearbest said they would send a replacement suitcase after I returned the flawed suitcase. On May 6,2019, I sent the suitcase, as they directed, back to their USA warehouse, the address it came from in Chino, CA. I sent Gearbest a photo of the address the suitcase was sent to, and a photo of the USPS mailing receipt. I did not require a signature when I sent the suitcase as P. O. tracking is usually adequate. USPS tracking showed that the package arrived in Chino, CA on May 13,2019 and that the package was out for delivery. "May 13,2019 at 11:58 pm, Awaiting Delivery Scan." I forwarded all the information from USPS to Gearbest.
Unfortunately, there is no further delivery information. The photos that I sent Gearbest show that I did send the package. Perhaps the USPS made a mistake and didn't scan the delivery. So, I requested a trace for missing mail from USPS. So far, there is no definitive answer from USPS. Basically, I did everything Gearbest requested and more. But, Gearbest is passing the buck and insisting that they will only replace the suitcase I paid for or, refund the money for suitcase and return postage when the returned package has been delivered. As I told them today, leaving me with a loss of almost $250, and no product, is not good business practice nor customer service. I am very unhappy with their product and service. I also filed a claim through Paypal. As of today, even though Gearbest instructed me to return the suitcase to their warehouse in the US (Elogistics, ******* Pipeline Ave, Chino, CA *******), Gearbest told Paypal that I should return the suitcase (even though they have proof that I sent it to Chino on May 6,2019!) to Hong Kong.
Avoid Gearbest unless you're willing to lose money.

I am extremely disappointed with the service recieved from GearBest.
I paid extra money for priority shipping for my items, however my items were not even shipped out until 8 days after I had paid and they eventually arrived after the deadline of 12 business days which I had paid for them to arrive by.
I asked if I could have the money back that I paid for the faster delievery option but GearBest told me that, despite the delay being their own fault, they would not offer me a refund.
I cannot believe that in this day and age, my not recieving a service I paid for due to a mistake made by the company I am doing business with does not entitle me to a refund.
Yet GearBest have proved to me that this is possible; they clearly have no regard for customer service once they have your money.
Yes they are cheap, but you'd have a nicer time elsewhere and you'd be happier in the knowledge that you haven't helped fill the coffers of a morally bankrupt business.

I bought a XiaoMi A2 from this website and it was a flawless experience from start to finish. It is one of the only places which I have found that you can buy Chinese tech from so that's a major plus point for me. The only downside really is the shipping time, since I guess I've gotten used to nextday delivery from other websites but a couple of weeks wait isn't going to kill anyone.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
