If you get a functional device, good on you. If your item has problems, GOOD LUCK trying to get your money back or a replacement device.
It's a NIGHTMARE and I would know: I've been trying to get resolution to a defective dash cam. At first they made timely responses. I bit the bullet and absorbed the return shipping to China thinking I would get a replacement.
No such luck, all I got is "can you wait a couple more day". Over and over until I finally asked for a refund of the original purchase price. NOW THEY WON'T EVEN REPLY.

I ordered a drone Feb 24th for my Birthday. I thought i gave sufficient time to get it in time for my birthday. BOY WAS I WRONG. I have contacted Support and they gave me the whole 25 Business days. I understand that but they said 5 days to ship and they took over 5 the package was shipped finally on March 11th. Now that still gives me at least 3 more weeks to wait. But according to the site its been 25 business days today and product should be in hand but its not.

Avoid to shop with gearbest!
I purchased an item on Feb 9th. Today is March 31st and I still not have my product.
Support told me that I get my money back if the item not arrive after 45 days. I asked for refund but now they dont want to refund me.
Is this a behavior of an international company who say he is one of the market leaders.
It looks like they collecting money from credit cards and if they have enough they will dissapear.
Shame on them. I contact paypal and ask them to check the potential faud.
Never again beastgear.

I have ordered at several Asian Shops by now and from all of them, gearbest has been the fastest so far. Good prices, no Shipping Costs, fast delivery. No problems to be reported up to this date. Mostly buying e-cig supply.

After placing the order in the store, "GEARBEST was pleasantly surprised when they sent me the photo of my parcel. In the photo my package with my address.In other stores you need to ask, but here everything without reminders! This is a huge plus!
After I posted the review, I was contacted by "Janey"@ GearBest. She apologized for all the problems, promised to track the package, and let me know where it was and when it would arrive. She also promised to refund the shipping costs, and add $10 worth of points to be used at their website. She did everything she promised to do.
The mechandise arrived packaged well, everything was there, and the product works exactly as described.

I have used GearBest on a couple of occasions and found them to be extremely good. The customer service is great and my questions were answered very quickly. The website is well designed and the payment system is easy, I paid with PayPal and there were no problems. Delivery to the UK was quick and the goods were well packaged. So far I have found the quality of the merchandise on GearBest to be of a very high standard and a very reasonable price, I shall continue to use them and would recommend them to everyone.
I can highly recommend this shop! The shipping to Germany was fast, the communication very good, and at least I got an authentic item in a fine quality for a sensationell price.

What a scam!
Now I have my dashcam order in "processing" state for 2 weeks while merchandise was in stock when I placed the order. It is still available online(!) while support replies that no items in stock.
Canceling and never returning back.
ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I paid for this order on Feb. 19,2015. As of March 25,2015, I have not received the merchandise/order. I have waited 35 days. GEARBEST tracking number states "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment ", which is defined as order was never shipped. Customer Service is in an unknown location (not in USA), and will not provide any information on a shipping or a delivery date. GEARBEST refuses to refund the amount I Paid in Full on February 19,2015. GEARBEST accepts buyers payment, but provides nothing in return!
The reviews I have read are crap or paid reviews. No way gearbest could get 5 star's. Unless paid by gearbest.

Good shop! A lot of coupon codes! The best tech support (quickly and accurately respond). Ordered Cloupor mini + cotton. Sent the next day and received the parcel after 24 days (yes, I'm from Russia). I will order more in this shop. Plans to buy Subtank Mini or Nano (still undecided).

Hey friends, Please do not buy any product in gear best website. Product are very worst and damaged one. Customer support is very worst after sales there is no support.
I have received the product as expected date, bcz i order it as expedite and the product was very worst. On before ordering i have confirmed with the support people and they have informed if i do not like i can return it on with in 45 days and full refund will be credited. But now few of the watches are not working and few items are not working. I am very much disappointed on this, So please those who are interested to buy please read this review and do not loose your money. I found this website in face book and the designs are very good, so i have ordered around 30 watches to give a gift, 80% of watches are worst and not to wear, very worst quality. They stimulate you with point witch you can convert in money to spend.
They have good prices but after you buy will prey to receive your products safely.
From 5 orders only 1 arrived ok, one was lost during shipment and the rest had missing items or items were damaged during transport.
Is very hard to get your money back trough support center because they stall the time so if have problems pay only with PayPal, but here is very complicated to get your money back but at least you get a refund after 1 month.
If you work hard for your money don't buy from this scammers, first rule the prices are sometimes to good to be true and there is always a scam there.
Be aware of this and buy from other places if you don't like to spend lots of time trying to recover your own money!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
