Worst experience using online ordering. After providing payment information for a $175 order they requested I email them front and back copies of my credit card and drivers license. I cancelled the order and actually received a confirmation email the order was cancelled. Gearbest still withdrew $180 from my account (handling fee). I opened a ticket with them complaining about the withdrawal. They stated they would refund the money and another email stating they had refunded it. This was over a week ago and no refunds have been provided yet. Also, there is no further responses to my multiple requests. The phone number for support is only an answering machine. Stay away from this company.

They seems to be fraud and its been over a month since i received my small product... the customer service person itself says that the shipping is rediculous and it takes atleast 2 months.to get product if you are lucky. Received email saying it Shipped on MARCH 6th (two weeks later)
Over a montsh after that and still NOTHING!
I don't have Facebook. GEARBEST makes it very hard to contact the company (any other way). The call center is SUPPOSEDLY open 24/7. B. S. - they never answer after 5. Disgruntled call center guy. No doubt overwhelmed.
I realize China is a long way away to ship from. But GEARBEST no doubt didn't specify at time of purchase how long it would take. NOBODY would use them otherwise.
Gearbest sucks. I bet it will be defective if it ever arrives and I'll have no way to return it half way around the world. They keep cash or offer to replace (another 2 mos?).

I bought two tablets one of which has a problem charging. They're asking me to send it back and pay shipping to send and take it back which is about $60 while the tablet cost me $48. Otherwise they want me to pay 80% of the cost for a new one or if I have it serviced they will give me 25% of repair cost! That's ridiculous. The customer service people are unacceptable. On top of that they didn't even publish my poor review on their site, that's why all reviews are 5 star.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
