GearBest - for me the best by far! Always buy only Aliexpress (now smaller). But six months I have with this online store. The more you buy, the more discounts. Should communicate with them and will not be misunderstandings. Because of this, and there are some buyers complications. Neither has returned no products back (in large part - electronics). During the six months of the goods bought by a substantial amount.

I have been buying in this store for several years, I have bought several dozen products, mainly smat home electronics, but also kitchen gadgets and other home appliances. I am always happy with these purchases. I was able to advertise a damaged product 2-3 times, each time my complaints were recognized and served perfectly. I recommend this shop to all my friends in Poland
Great place to buy from, good prices, products and product support. Ya the fact they are in China frustrates some people and makes things take time. Not to mention language barrier, but they do a great job and dont stop until your happy.
Bought from them several times and will continue to do so. They take the time to research and review their products, take customer requests very seriously. Cant go wrong.
Add on they have faster shipping methods that are affordable (instead of $35 anywhere else), and its my go to place to buy LED lights and accessories/parts from.

Okay lets clear the air. They had an overwhelming time at Christmas and Chinese New Year is something everyone there takes time off for a couple of weeks. They had more orders than the factories could produce and so there were some late orders on Christmas and that makes for some unhappy comments that reverberate or echo throughout. Gearbest.com has been making up for it ever since. The fact is as I see it is they sell quadcopters cheaper and ship them faster than anyone I have ordered from in Asia. I only wish they had more things to sell. I got my order in Arizona in 14 days from them and that's really good time considering the other three places I ordered from take a month, give or take a few days.
I just made my 50th order from Gearbest for the year, so far. I enjoy doing online shopping with them, because of affordable price, fast delivery, great build quality, user friendly, and the best customer service that I have experience.
Last week I received my quadcopter damage, i sent a ticket to customer service they reply to my ticket within 24hrs, asking for proof of damage, I send them some pics of the damage quadcopter, they again reply offering me a full refund to my GM Wallet, which I accepted.
Whenever I face a problem with Gearbest, their customer service reps always fix my problem, Thanks Gearbest team, keep the great work up.

I want to recommend the site Gearbest.com for purchases all kinds of electronics and phones. I made here about 20 purchases, and always very satisfied - good prices, fast shipping (3-5 days), excellent bonus program. Gearbest is best of the best online stores!
I purchased an octacore P780 cell phone from Gearbest in August 2014. Little did I know that Gearbest had modified the OS (ICS). I continually had problems with the OS freezing and other performance problems. I contacted Gearbest ad told them I wanted to send the phone back for repair. They tried to get me to take it to a local shop to have it re-flashed and said they would pay half the cost. I declined and insisted that they repair it at their expense.
After shipping it to them registered mail, they now say they never received it, even though I have proof of delivery.
Moral of the story? Yeah, they may offer good prices, but if it breaks and you want "warranty" repairs or replacement, just throw it away! Your moneys gone! If you absorb the cost of returning it to them, they'll never "receive" it, and you'll have just wasted money sending it to them. Once they mail it to you, they don't care how long it lasts! They already have your money! Figure it out! They're in China,,, your in the States, or Russia, or the UK! What are you going to do?

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
