I've been buying from Gearbest since November, and rarely can I find a better price on any item.
Free Delivery on inexpensive items often takes roughly a month, but it might be as short as 2 weeks for some items.
That's par for mailing from China. I don't expect free delivery to arrive in 4 days.

I had ordered G1W-C 2.7 dash camera from gearbest on 24/Apr/2015.
Even paid additional 20$ quick delivery, It was promised that product will be delivered to my address in Bangalore, India within 8-10 days.
Even after 3 weeks of ordering I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. Only thing they are good at is replying to tickets raised by the user. Otherwise they are the worst online portal I have ever used.
I have been a regular in Amazon, ebay, snapdeal, flipkart etc. But never had any issues with thsese portals. Regret using Gearbest and spending 70$ on them. They are hopeless.
Several orders and no problems, good quality products, cheap prices, fast enough delivery to france. And good customer service always ready to help.
Can't go wrong with gearbest.
My own experience with this website is good: I've made 5 commands so far, from very low value articles (with free delivery) to more exensive one (a 130$ phone). I'm always worried about item > 50$ on chinese websites because of the customs fees. No problem with Gearbest with free delivery, tracking of item was good, only 15 days for delivery, and the use of PostNL for delivery in France is really efficient and custom proof:-)
I used the points gained with my photos posted on their website to reduct the price bought, only 7$ for extra battery and case of my phone, a real killer price!

After going over all of the statistics from my purchases from Gearbest, Of my last 11 orders there is been 9 defective Orders, and of the 9 defective orders all components in the 9 orders were defective. Out of the last 11 orders that I have, 4 of them were non-motorized items, That is 4 of the 9 orders that were 100% defective, I mean every item in those orders was defective, that is not very good odds. The last order that I received had 2 items in it, one was a quadcopter and the other was a transmitter for quadcopter, Both items in this order were defective. And I am fighting their war into department trying to get them to stand behind their items. They did give me a partial refund on one of the items, which was severely underpaid for the price of the defective item. When I tried to dispute their refund they started to claim that that refund was for 4 different items different pieces of the order, which continued to grow the cost of what I lost on that order. The last order that I got I paid almost $100, and in that order when I opened it up there was a handwritten piece of paper that said " this item was a factory defect, so be careful when purchasing from Gearbest". At first I just blew this off, but when the items turned out to be defective, I had to take note. This is why I started going over all of my purchases from Gearbest. Of my 11 orders that 2 were not defective, 3 Of the orders were rechargeable batteries And one of the rechargeable batteries was defective.
That is just a heads up. So please take it from experience, be very careful when purchasing from Gearbest. They do not like to pay warranty, and they have many choices that they use to delay and drop off tickets and claims, they make you submit the same claim 4 and 5 times before paying if they even pay at all. For those of you who have already made purchases, I am terribly sorry. Just remember I am one of you!

Hi I ordered the HBS-730 Blue Tooth (similar to the LG Tones) headset, three sets, the only two are working as of this day, none of them sound well at all. Since posting my review on the actual Gearbest site I have been blocked and locked out of the my profile. As I said the sets worked but not well at all, poor sound quality and now one set is totally dead and will not charge at all. I simply and really wished I had purchased the real LG Tones. The customer service I experienced is nothing like what I read online the delivery was really slow however I am in the USA, so the money I shelled out I am willing to simply chalk-up to a learning experience. Hopefully is you purchase anything your experience will be much better.

Gearbest is for me one of the best site of on-line sale for a great deal of products which costs very dear in France.
Very low price, quality in produce you, send very very fast for France (approximately 10 days).

Shopping at gearbest has been a great experience for me! All of the products I have ordered have arrived within their shipping estimates and I have never had an item arrive damaged. I really like how they send you an email with a picture of your package when they send it out for shipping. Also their customer service is excellent! When I had a product break they honored their warranty and shipped me out a new one to replace it promptly! I really recommend shopping there if you need the best prices on tech!
The biggest problem with Gearbest now is their pathetic response to the queries and complaints post order placing. I had recommended earlier to buy from this site. Now, it seems they cant keep up their good work and turned out to be rogues like others. They are not responding to the mails in the time line they specify. I. e. 24 Hrs, they do not follow your instructions while placing the order, they do not take care of insurance against vat and customs tariff, they do not follow up the shipment delays, they do not take customer complaints seriously to avoid recurrence of the issues. Even PAYPAL is reluctant to listen to these issues for a resolution at their end. Then, which way Gearbest fellows are different from others. These are chips of same block, better choose a reseller who takes care of these issues promptly...
I ordered the yizhan tarantula x6 quadcopter from Gearbest on April 8th, I knew these quadcopters were very popular and expected a delay before shipping.
Within a week I had dispatch notification along with a photo of the package being sent out.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the battery at Chinese customs but Gearbest kept me well informed of the situation and arranged redelivery through a different (and faster) courier.
After the second dispatch notification I only had to wait 4 days before my quadcopter arrived at my door. Each step with tracking available via the couriers website.
I fully intend to use Gearbest again as their prices are the most competitive I've seen, most items come with free delivery but I always recommend paying the little extra to have standard traceable delivery with insurance if needed.
Customer service are very polite and will do everything they can to make Any problems resolved.

I've made a couple of orders on this site, mainly Xiaomi products, for what I've seen so far the products are original, the shipping is free, however not always fast when you choose the free shipping option, but can't really complain, everything was delivered in the end.

Well what can i say I recently joined up and made a purchase from Gearbest. I live in UK and my order arrived 12 days after i placed it. I think this is a very reasonable time to wait for to get my order. I also think Gearbest approach to there customers is excellent. They kept me well informed about my order and have a great range of products on their site all at amazing low prices. Infact the prices are that good i will be placing another order later this week. I have a friend who runs a business selling ecig equipment who was that impressed with the item i had purchased and what i had to say about Gearbest he asked for the details of their site so he could buy for goods to resell. Gearbest also gives its customers rewards for purchases, reviews etc which is a lovely bonus. I would recommend Gearbest to everyone so don't waste any time visiting their site and joining up. You will not be dissapointed
It was my first time making any purchases at GearBest.com. I must say, stumbling across this site was the best thing ever! They have so many different cool items at great prices! What's best about their services is that they include free shipping at no additional cost without minimal purchase.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
