Save yourself the headache of dealing with this company. Sure, you may receive an order or 2 but keep placing orders with them and you will see they are thief's. I've placed orders and received them but this last order has been hell. I only received half the items. I've been promised refunds on 3 occasions and months later, I'm still waiting to receive it. They keep giving me the run-around. Worst business ever!

I did first time shopping this site and results satisfactory. Cheap price and good quality items
I purchased a ZTE Z9 mini from them after 3 weeks of not receiving my phone I sent a support ticket they said to verify payment they needed a copy of my license, Passport and Credit card to verify that it was me requesting the purchase? Are you kidding me, PayPal is not verification enough. I then went through PayPal to get my money back. These guys can take your information and probably make fake ID's and credit cards and ruin your life. Check out www.itslelectric.com that site is real and has cool stuff.

I ordered a bunch of things from the site... took several weeks to get them when we did the phone had several issues with it and we returned it. They said we should be refunded in 1 week, it has been well over a month and still nothing! I cant seem to find their customer service number online to call them and the chat says i have 29 ppl ahead of me! I have emailed this company and have gotten no response! If I dont hear something very soon my lawyer will be contacting them for theft and fraud!

Im really satisfied with gearbest. I ordered on may 16th and got my order the week after. The action cam i ordered is just as the discription said it would be. And if i got some questions they have a fast answering support. Fast and safe payment with paypal.
All in all gearbest.com is a very good site.
I purchased a android phone for about $90. I was happy about the purchase until a day later i found battery is bad. It doesn't stay up for more than 2 -3 hours. And i decided to return the item. Thats when the nightmare started.
After several messages they gave a suspicious address in China for return. (no label of course). Again, after several other messages, they finally gave a PO box on east coast.
I made the return paid for tracking and gave them the number.
Now, Item tracking shows that It has been delivered a long time.
Its been 2 months I am trying to get my money back but they deleted my ticket and return history so that there is no trace i ever asked for return. Nobody is responding and there is no other way of contact.
I curse the day I came across this site.
When you google reviews for this site, you see unusually high number of good reviews which hints they might very well be paid reviews.

I am on the 4th business day waiting for my order that is still stuck in the processing stage. Submitted a ticket and the response was they need to test (QC check) the items before they can be shipped. Umm... isn't the QC check part of the manufacturer's responsibility before the items are distributed to resellers? They mentioned that the QC check process will take another 3-5 business days, so in total I will need to wait a maximum of 8 business days if I'm lucky. So much for "Ships in 3-5 business days" that they claim on their website.
They are affiliated with Everbuying.net. Both have similarities on their websites. Both have similarities with delaying the process of orders and the responses from their reps are the same. Best to avoid these guys.

Gearbest took my money, I paid for fast shipping, they sent me tracking number... but my phone is over two week in Singapore waiting for DHL airplane...? DHL is late 2 weeks? DON'T USE GEARBEST SHOP... I asked for money return... they wrote me they sent phone June 4... I contacted yesterday (June 13) with DHL, somebody from custumer service checked status of trucking number and told me "The shipment has not been tendered to DHL yet. The Air Waybill was created, but the shipment has not been shipped out physically" THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES... Thanks God I used Paypal and I opened a case to return my money...

Delivery by overseas post was quick - around 8 days - and you can use PayPal to pay for items.

Today is the 5th working day since the payment has cleared and I have yet to receive any shipping or tracking information regarding the item I purchased. As well I am not receiving a response from support regarding my concerns. To date all protocols set forth by GearBest to respond back in 24 hours to support questions and to ship the item in 5 working days have been broken.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
