I have had a good experience with GearBest. I bought a action camera and it came undamaged and in a timely manner. The prices seem to beat everyone else on the internet and i will definitely be buying more gadgets through this site.
This is the worst business I've ever dealt with. The sad part is they are all about getting over on hard working American consumers. DONT let those fake positive reviews fool you. I'm sick of waiting and getting the run around. And that robot response isn't customer service

Gearbest became one of the few places that I check before I place an order from abroad. I found gearbest in the web about a year ago, and since then i've been buying lots of incredible stuff.
At the beginning, I was skeptical about the free shipping because I didn't believe that it were free, (because i had never bought things online with this shipping method before).
So I decided to place my order because there was an item i loved, and also I wanted to try this system (which was new for me).
When I received my first package i was totally amazed about the quality of the products i ordered, and further for the price i paid for they.

I ordered a charger over a month ago and Ive emailed them multiple times and I still have not received my charger. My card was charged and the site says it was shipped but its sitting in the wear house. Horrible customer service. Save your hard earnd $ and shop elsewhere. Email and asked why my order was still processing after 1 week and I paid for expidited shipping. There answer was sorry it is out of order, it will take timd yo come. Maybe you should havd said that before you took my $. Just shop somewhere more upfront.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
