Great Service

I used to shop at gearbest once per month. Besides cheap and useful gadgets I used to buy my vapor stuff there. Trustful, Cheap and fast shipping to Germany.
Now for the first time I had to open a ticket, cancel an Order (wrong Item - my fault) and refund an allready payed order.
Fast Service reaction - Nice people - great service

Ich bestelle in der Regel monatlich bei Gearbest. Abgesehen von netten billigen Gadget beziehe ich auch meine Dampf-Hardware von denen. Die sind günstiger als lokale Shops und der Versand nach Deutschland ist extrem schnell und kostenlos(10-12 Tage).
Nun musste ich zum erstenmal den Service kontaktieren und ein Ticket erstellen.
Ich hatte eine bereits bezahlte Bestellung zu stornieren. Dieses klappe wunderbar und ohne große Erklärungen. Betrag wurde anstandslos und umgehend erstattet.

Schnelle Reaktionszeit, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, super Service

There driving me mad with there tickets as i can not get any scent out of them. I have order
A smartwatch that i never got. And after waiting for 6 week thea tell me there none left.and then
I had to wait for a refund.and then i order another smartwatch and i am getting the same ticket i cant understand. Ones thea get your money they don't give a $#*!. I am going to get
All my ticket together and post them on facebook because you would have to read them to understand how mad they make you. I am a good customer but they don't care. My next review will be in more detail. I cant believe there real people answering my ticket

"Ich bin mit meiner Bestellung überaus zufrieden! Die Preise bei Gearbest sind unschlagbar günstig und die Lieferung erfolgte auch in der angegeben Zeit. Da man zu beginn etwas kritischer ist in China etwas zu bestellen ist es super das man per Paypal bezahlen kann! Auch wird einem vor Versand der Ware ein Foto mit dem Paket und dem Adressaufkleber darauf zugesendet. Ich bestelle wieder!"

Well let's start easy here. This company is so shady that it is bordering with fraud. First of all they are based in china and charge for shipment are unbelievable. Secondly they DO NOT have most of the items on stock but doing something called drop shipping (this mean they buy from proper seller and then make them do shipment to your address) this would not be so bad if the did not advertise they have product or can supply product that they don't have. I ordered my item on 14th of July by 5th of August I lost my patience with they're "great" support team that can only repeat same lies over and over and I open case on paypal. Well they respond almost immediately with more BS specifically that they have my item ready but cannot send it until I close this case (that is pile of horse manure of course) well as I pointed to them I have all right to keep this case open as they failed to fulfill shipping terms and i do not trust them any more on which they reply they have some company policy (like it matter as this is paypal dispute). This went on and on until 14th of august where I decided it was enough crap and escalate case to paypal as fraudulent sale (which it is) and guess what? Did not hear from them since.
This rubbish company does not have place on British market. So as cherry on top I reported this case and all details to ASA and NFIB for investigation as I am not the only one who have been ripped off.
And at last I find out that this company have nice habit to reward people for positive reviews on sites where there is too many negative (and truthful) reviews. So I believe you get your picture.

Rip off

I bought a quadcopter supposed to be in stock. What a lie. It was never in stock. And I believe is not in production anymore.
I replied to them in a forum in the copter listing, along with other people, but they never published my comments. They want me to keep waiting. They never contacted me about the back order.
I will not buy from them again.

Got half my order.

Placed an order for numerous items. I got half the items. I submitted a ticket and their response was we are out of those items. No attempt on their part to contact me to let me know the items were out of stock. After submitting the ticket they have offered to let me pick from items on their site,,,, the items they are out of stock on are still listed on the site as in stock. 0. o This will be the only time I purchase from them.

Free shipping my $#*!! I thought I had a good deal buying an actioncamera for under 75 euro. I had to pay 40 euro's extra for import taxes because they ship from China! I complained and got nothing. Apparently it says on they policy. What a load of crap! You know I'm ordering from Europe, you know what I have to pay extra. Put it in the price! That's what you also do with every other costs I have to pay. Worst buy EVER! I hope no one orders anymore and they go bankrupt!

Received the Weide WH1009 Japan Quartz Dual-movt LED Sports Watch 2+ weeks after ordering online & the hour, minute, & second sweep hands are not working - not sure if it's a battery issue as the LED function seems to work just fine. I spoke with customer service & received an email with a link to 'reorder' a replacement & did so - but haven't received a confirmation for the replacement (4 days now since reordering) & I'm not sure why.

Calling my credit card provider today to assess my options regarding the reversal of the payment for this watch as no one is answering the "24/7" customer service #: *******793 today as I've called it 5 Times.

Would Strongly Recommend dealing with a more "reputable" organization...

I, also am having a problem getting help from Gearbest. I ordered a quadcopter drone which took over a month to arrive... broken. Yup... right out of the box with a bad controller board.

I immediately emailed them and hence started getting the standard form letter reply. It took a couple of emails to simply get them to understand my item was DOA when i got it. I cant begin to tell you how frustrating the back and forth has been with Gearbest. There product arrived defective and they want me to pay for shipping back to china on it! And then wait another month and hope i get a good product. Shipping alone would almost be the cost of what i paid for it!

At one point I was told I would get $100usd credit; of course i was leary of this but i jumped on it and agreed to the terms. I waited and waited... nothing. After three emails and no response i started a new ticket crying for help from someone... anyone! They pretty much blew me off and im still waiting.

Its so maddening when you get ripped off like that and feel helpless. Im still emailing them hoping they will get tired. I even told them to just mail me a new controller board and i would install it myself. Anything... something.! Geez. Its only fifty bucks but then again; fifty bucks is fifty bucks.

Sad thing is ive ordered from them twice before but i guess they dont care about repeat customers. My advice would be make sure you dont order anything electronic because if its broke, chances are youre screwed!

Gearbest pimped me out like a two dolla ho... :(

GearBest (GB) was not my first China based online portal I have been purchasing goods from, but its definitely different from others.
I have purchased more than 5 goods from GB till now, and not a single chance to complain.
The prices are unmatched, packing is definitely good (better than others), delivery time is quick, customer care is swift and cordial and the inventory is quite broad.
GearBest is highly recommended, and I will continue to purchase from them.

Ordered Xiamoi Yi camera and accessories. Paid using PayPal, no problem there. Package was delivered on time by DHL. There was an issue with delivery address (typo), customer service contacted me to correct the address). They are always very polite and reaction time to support ticket messages was fast.

I would like to share my Gearbest shopping experience with everybody. I purchased a Chuwi vi10 tablet. Must say it was exactly as described@ Gearbest's site. All items are portrayed with a full description & specs including live video clips that show you the product and how it functions which makes your decision to purchase much easier I think.

They have the cheapest prices that I've seen anywhere online yet! They also package your order with the best packing materials and show you a picture prior to shipping. Tracking numbers are mostly free depending on purchase price & there is a variety of the way your item is shipped which you get to choose from.

Living in Greece I chose airmail via post NL. Had a tracking no and was able to see the shipping progress which took approx 12 days to arrive at my home. That's really fast I think! My purchase experience was great. Have already ordered some more stuff. Oh you also get points for shopping which = money so your next order can be even cheaper. Any glitches with your
Order are rectified asap! Had a small order one time that never arrived via surface mail. Well I was reimbursed not questions asked. Can't beat that!

I recommend Gearbest 100%. Keep up the good work guys!
