I am highly satisfied with Gearbest of how they deal with my order. The shipment was really fast, just less than a week in Canada to receive the item, unlike their competitor which normally takes a month. The packaging is well secured for the TV box I bought (PIPO X8) which I really love because of the good quality and nice features for having dual boot (Windows 8.1 and Android). The shipping (to Germany in my case) takes between 20 and 25 days if you choose the free shipping, and 10 to 15 days if you go for the express shipping. I visit that website everyday:-D

I am trying almost a week to make in contact with gearbest support over Web page and all the time I am 50 or even 70 in the line waiting for chat. I called Nordic post office to check what is going on with my item and they told me to call the seller and check with him because they can't give any information. I ordered the item first week in August and the item arrive to Nordic post office on 19.8. And it still there. It is incredible. If I order through eBay I usually receive all items in maximum 15 days. I will not recommend anyone to buy anything through this Web site. This is unprofessional and they just taking our money. I will send mail to PayPal for this.

I've used Gearbest on a few occasions now and have personally recommended it to friends and people on the internet.
Gearbest tends to best it's competitors on price points, delivery is cheap and they have a good range of products.

Like many I was a bit worried about placing an order( W**************) with a company in another country (I'd always used Ebay etc) but the products and prices on the GearBest site are amazing and I need not have worried! They are really great and on the odd occasion I had a parcel go missing (looks like royal mail have lost it!) there customer service has been great! They are always quick to reply and make every effort to resolve your issue.
I have since ordered again and imagine this will be one of many orders.
This was my first experience with Gearbest, a very good site for buying products from China. For me, the ultimate reason was that the store has a warehouse in Europe, so fast delivery and no additional taxes are involved. I definetly recommend it and I will keep using it.
