I do lots of business with China, Gearbest is the worst! I was charged shipping when none was supposed to be charged, it took over a month to get my drone, and when it got here it came with the wrong camera, and the wrong controller. I received a bunch of blank apologies but no real communications until i started a claim thru Paypal to get a refund. To this date it has not been settled. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!

I will recomend to everyone as had no problems at all.
I just want to warn: they said thing that aren't true. On the first of September they emailed me that they shipped out the item with tracking number, after few days that the item seemed stacked I contacted DAC Italy (the courier) and they said they don't have received the item from GearBest yet. Is this a normal way to do things? I think this is not normal and fair.
I'll ask PayPal my money back.

I can't stress enough how terrible this company's customer service is. To make a long story short, items I ordered were not shipped for 4 business days. I was told it would ship within the next 2 days. 4 days later I cancelled my order since it still wasn't shipped. I was told it would take 2 days to process refund. 14 days later and still no refund and now they are ignoring my emails. Flat out scam artists! It's been over a month, the item hasn't been shipped and no refund has been given. Formal complaint filed with the New York BBB.
I bought 2 quadcopters from gearbest, the first one had a motor freeze up first flight, I contacted them and they responded promptly asking me if it was a cw or ccw motor so that they could send a replacement. I responded, I then receive another message saying that they will have to send my request to a technician and would get back to me in 1 or 2 days. A month passes I contact them again and they respond that they only cover DOA, but if I want another motor they will send me a PayPal invoice and I can pay for it. The second quad lasted until the 4th flight and a motor froze midflight. And went through the exact same thing, buyer beware, if you have any problems with anything you order from them you are out of luck.
My experience with this online shopping site was great! They haev great costumer service and the newest products.
Ordered a fit bit watch 9 days ago, still haven't gotten it, received an email appologizing for long wait and thanking me for my patience, when I emailed customer service telling them the tracking number they gave me was invalid, and it's been 9 buisness days without my product, they still haven't responded... I'm very irritated.
I spend tons of money with these guys, but I'm growing inpateint with them. I actually had a dispute with them over getting another chance to do a review for them for credit. They found out I had two accounts and didn't want me to do another for more credit. They went as far as saying only "One IP" address can do a review. Lol! Bullcrap. They lie and thats not good. Im pretty much through with them. I got some matters in paypal I got to resolve but other then that they are done for with me. Heres the screenshot of the infamous lie that they stated in regards to these reviews. Bad thing about it is I posted a review from multiple tips in the same computer room, so I know there full of it there. Heres the response from them. Straight up lied to me. I'll include the photo for this one.

On 16th of August I placed one order (Order No.: W**************) with gearbest and that's my mistake. They advertise that they ship in 4-10 days. When I checked my order status on 21st of Aug, 2015. It was still in processing state. I raised a ticket to know when the order can be dispatched. I got reply that it is prepared to be shipped wait for 3-5 days. When I inquired on 24th of Aug. They still promise to dispatch in 3 days.
After waiting for 10 days when I saw my order is still in processing state. I requested to cancel the order on 25th. I got reply that your order will be cancelled but the order is not in cancelled state. It is still in processing state.
When I inquired again. I got reply "We kindly ask that you wait 2-3 days before you receive the shipping confirmation email. Please wait for it patiently. "
I don't know how to convince them to cancel the order and refund my money.
I advise to keep distance with this site. Choice is yours...

Starting from the Gearbest's site, it's very easy to search and find what you want, many electronic gadgets, electronic devices and even clothes at very good prices. The process of adding to our cart and buying is very easy too, the webpage is very intuitive and gives you different options for paying and shipping. The products I've bought arrived with no problems.
Oh, and the support is excelent, they reply you in 24 hrs. Any question you have, and help you with problems you may face.

I love gearbest! Their pricing is the lowest I can find, they ship quickly, and have a great selection with more items arriving every day.
I was a little hesitant ordering from a Chinese site but my worries were proven to be unfounded and the transaction went off flawlessly.
I have since placed a few more orders and have been impressed with the customer service there. I had a few questions that were answered quickly by someone who understood English, which made my ordering decision very easy.
The shipping was on par with every order I've ever received from China and they offer tracking, which for someone a little OCD like myself, offers great peace of mind.
I will be doing business with them for some time to come!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
