I bought three phones from these idiots. One showed up broken beyond repair. The other was the wrong phone all together and the third broke within three weeks. They have the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I would get further by beating my head against a concrete wall. Do yourself a favor and buy with Amazon.
I bought ipv d2 on july 10th, it was a preorder. They should ship it on aug 1th but they didnt. I gave a little more time but they never shipped. So I cancelled the order. On sept. They said its in stock. I bought again. Couple of days later I asked if they are gonna ship it. They told me they have 2 items in stock and 200 customers are waiting for it. Are you kidding me? Summary: I highly recommend it. Haven't experienced any problems buying from gearbest. Gearbest has a bonus point system for writing product reviews/taking pictures and videos, which is pretty nice and rewarding.

I have not the orders of gearbest and all my orders was delivered without any problems and arrived on time with tracking number.
Recently I bought a nice keyboard, built-in lithium - ion battery. Reloaded. Don't expect any problem. Good price...

Ordered a smartwatch 9 days ago order number WW**************. Processing according to the website showed that the order had been shipped. However when I checked with the shipper of my order America Line(SF) they do not have any record of receiving the Package. I called the number on the photographed package which had my correct name and address on the Gearbest website, all I got was a recording in Chinese. Put in a ticket and waiting for a response. I'm getting nervous after reading all the negative reviews that all have the same thing in common. We'll see...

Worst load of liars I ever dealt with, they shame themselves, China and retail as a whole.
If all goes well fine, if you need something changing because it arrives faulty or damaged, forget it, they got your money and couldn't care less.
If you never dealt with scum, go buy from them, then you have.
Try using one of the discount codes they give you, the price goes up that amount as you add it, then back to the site price before you pay, nothing for nothing.

They did not send what was pictured and advertised on the web. I ordered two tiny flashlights that were presented in pretty little black gift boxes on the web. I did not get the gift boxes. The flashlights were just sent in clear plastic ugly packaging.

Really, really good store with customer service :) I have ordered XIAOMI Yi and it was shipped withinseveral days. Package is good, not damaged etc. The cheapest price, the best value.
Don't let the low prices and shiny website fool you. This is not a reputable company. If things go wrong with your phone, you will receive little or no help. In other words, you get no warranty with your phone.
The microphone on my phone stopped working after 6 months. They claim you can send them the phone, paying just the shipping where they will fix it for free. This is not the case. They have no interest in helping you when things go wrong. You are on your own.
So if you want a cheap Chinese phone, buy through a reputable website such as amazon where at least you have some cover.

In May 2015 I bought a Gear Best Quadra copter. I am writing this in September 2015. Since I received the product with parts missing, I have been having a nonsensical Alice in The Looking Glass conversation with the customer service people in China. First there are two separate customer service departments one pre and one post sale. Be aware. Post sale is a rigmarole of either purposeful miscommunication or you have to laugh. At one point in our long conversations by email - there is no telephone number to call! I was assured the missing parts had been shipped. It's two months post that time and I have not gotten them. I now have about 90 service tickets – I'm exaggerating. I think they aggravate you to the point that they hope you think it's not worth the 50 or $100 dollars to lose your mind over the incredibly absurd responses given by Gear Best! Stay away. If you have a problem is will not be resolved. Avoid Gear Best. Shop elsewhere.

I bought a soocoo s60 action cam which is told water proof up to 60 meter(it is totally $#!+). At its first time under water i tried to use it at 10 meter deep it was broken down by the water even though i checked all its needs.
So it is broken now and the support center does not answer my tickets about warranty situation. I got it 10 days ago so we will see.
By the way the site has unnecessary policies and they do not ship the item as they declarate on the item page. The suppor center works toooooo slow you can get 1 answer a day. If you in hurry, do not use this site.
And do not forget that they are not declare your rewiew on their page if you write anything bad about them.

Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
