Don't buy from GearBest. Let me tell you how I lost $64.99. I ordered a Car Dash Cam from them and when I received it an important feature didn't work. The video from the unit was fine for a day then it had a hesitation of 1 sec to 2 secs. It looked choppy and the sound was off as well. Eventually I was getting error messages that the video wouldn't play at all. I changed the Micro SD card to no avail. I emailed GearBest and was assigned Ticket # T*******474 on Aug 10 2015. After a series of frustrating emails from them they agreed to take it back. Their requirements are you must send it back through the US Postal Service with a tracking number. Did I mention I had to send it back to China! I went to the Post Office and was told that the postage from NY to China was $45.75. I emailed GearBest and told them this wasn't an option and they offered to send me a new one at a discounted price of $39 on Sept 5 2015. Now I would be paying $103.99 for a dash cam that costs $64.99 but was cheaper then mailing the Cam back to China. I agreed to the $39. No response. Sent them 2 more emails, still no response as of Sept 18 2015. Pay a few dollars extra and buy from ebay, Amazon or Newegg. If you have a problem there will be no issues with these three.
After over a year of making the occasional order, I've come to the conclusion it's cheaper to buy locally. So far I've had a 50 delivery success rate! Shocking i know, but this was done over 18 mths and 50 separate orders!
As of recently i only shop with the other popular Chinese site. These haven't let me down at all in the same time period. I recommend you avoid Gearbest, you will lose money in the long run.
Well to say the least i am pissed off. This company totally scammed me. Like a few people said before i tested this company out with a few small orders and everything arrived on time, even quickly. Within 5 days, with tracking numbers and everything. So i trusted them, and placed a big order using my credit card, over $500 usd. 5 days went by and i still didn't have a tracking number i started a ticket and asked them what was going on. I waited another 5 days for a reply, which they said that one of the items i ordered was not in stock, and would take another 4 weeks to be in stock. They offered to ship my other items and send the out of stock item when they could. I said that was acceptable. I waited another 5 days, still no tracking number. So i replied to the ticket, and said what is going on. 4 days after this message i get a reply that is just generic and didn't address my concerns at all. I sent them another message saying please just ship my items and cancel the order of the out stock item. 2 weeks went by before i got another reply, and they said ok we will do that. I waited a week for the tracking number still nothing. I finally just said screw it i want my money back. I requested to cancel my order and refund my order. Its been another two weeks and still no reply. If i could give them less than one star i would. This company ships smaller items in hopes that you will place a big order, and when you do, they just steal your money. Beware, please learn from my mistake.

I ordered a FitBit charger from this company over a month ago, and I still have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company and their reply was that I just needed to keep waiting. I've never had to wait so long for an item, and I'm starting to doubt I'm even going to receive it! I've ordered items that have shipped from China before and they have never taken this long to arrive.

Absolutely I recommend this shop! More than five months before the ordered and paid € 225 for the phone and I have not seen either goods or money! First the package lost, then found, nor was it then with the carrier, and finally the best after five months of like this "trade" offers a refund of half the amount paid or the payment of the other half for sending new phone... never again!

I ordered two items from GearBest. I knew they would not be high quality but I like cheap gadgets to toy with too. Unfortunately, they were utter junk. First, a rigid banded smart watch/pedometer, broke when I tried to slide it on my wrist. I don't have big wrists by any stretch of the imagination, the band just didn't have any give and cracked at one of the joints right away. Next, a watch that arrived broken. Two small supposedly functional hands on it were detached when I got it. Furthermore, the watch didn't track time correctly. I posted reviews for the items on the site and neither have shown up. Then I started looking at their reviews; there are absolutely none below 4 stars. Looks like they only post 4 and 5 star reviews and any negative reviews are ignored - check for yourself. I will never buy from them again.

Gearbest did send me my phone, it was battered and had a few scratches on the screen.
The phone powered on, it was functional, but just a few short weeks later the screen died.
They ask you to kindly wait for after-sales support, which does not exist. THREE WEEKS LATER I'M STILL WAITING.

I've bued several times at Gearbest, but I want to share my experience of a last purchase - the KSD TC1000 box mod for vaping. I found its price affordable and made a payment, but next day I found my mistake. I've ordered a red color instead of blue. I opened a ticket for this order with a request to change the color. A few hours after I've got an answer with request confirmation. Unfortunately, order details on a web site was not changed. All that I got were support promise. Delivery was fast and I got a blue box mod as requested. I'm going to keep buing from Gearbest.com, because they have a really good customer support with a pretty low prices.
Gearbest is very good as shopping site. It has normally very good prices. I just bought an action camera and arrived fast, very well packed and working perfectly.
I can recommend it enthusiastically.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
