This is one of worst online shopping site. Do not purchase any from this site. They send junk merchandise and takes forever to review problems by tech division (?). Buyer have to send back buyer's expense junk merchandise to china. NEVER BUY anything from this site.
Are you sure you posted the item or simply photo-shop one? Come on, from China to Australia even slowest post wouldn't take more than 45 days, unless you post it by land! To put it the worst seller ever not me alone but 40+ customers got nothing as well.
I bet you have to say thank you "for our money", and just keep us waiting for extra 10~25 days, then you will might consider refund 50% to make us feel better? It's a great deal that 50% profit for only photo-shopping.

My shopping experience at Gearbest while small, but extremely positive. A large selection of products, easy sorting. Commodity prices - often the lowest that can be found on the Internet. Especially encouraging frequent sales with discounts up to 50-60% (sometimes more). This gives you the opportunity to get the thing to be purchased at regular price You may never would not dare:)
Orders are Processed quickly, delivered as usual for Russia on average during the month. However, and with free shipping there are pleasant surprises - one of the orders was (would be) delivered directly to your home by courier service (if I was at home and not at the other end of the country on vacation). Received a call on the phone, agreed a convenient time and date of delivery, and literally not having time to unpack your bags on arrival home, I received my purchase:)
PS: Call in support while there was no occasion - I think that's a good thing :)
I bought few items with free shipping from this comapny 45 days ago, still did not get it. When i asked they said "we mailed a month ago since you did not paid for tracking fee, you can not track the item, go to ask your local post office. Do not trust this company. Dont waste your money and time.

I ordered 2 pair of sunglasses from Gearbest and they only sent one. I contacted them multiple times and was told every time that they sent both items and I should "check my packaging again" for the second item. They refuse to send me the item that I already paid for but did say they would send me the item if I paid for it again.
**UPDATE** I'm told that Gearbest has decided to send me the pair of sunglasses I paid for but did not receive.
**UPDATE** I did receive the glasses I ordered. Although it took awhile, they did make good on their mistake. I can't say for sure that I won't order from them again. But there will be some reluctance.

Do NOT buy from them as your chances of getting your post is 30%, Having ordered 3 times occasionally each took over 2 months (9 weeks + another 2 weeks to resend because they decided it was 'lost', 7 weeks and one did not come).
They do not provide tracking number and so the chances of them sending can vary. How is this not illegal?
I don't normally put these type of drastic reviews, but Don't waste your time, nor their cheap quality rubbish. Buyer beware, seriously. I wish there was some kind of internet advocate that can shut these liars and scammers out.

I ordered a pair of iPhone headphones and was told that the cheapest shipping option would still have a tracking number, so I chose that one, having been told it would take 10-25 days. Not only has it now been 7 weeks, but I still don't have my product, the tracking number doest work and all three of my inquiries have been answered with 'it'll be there in 10-25 days and since you chose flat rate shipping there is no tracking'. The tracking number I received in my confirmation email is apparently just there for fun, it doesn't track anything and now they say I have to wait ANOTHER whole month (after the almost 2 I've already waited) before they will give me my money back. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT A YEAR TO GET YOUR PURCHASES

Ordered an RC drone. They shipped with wrong cable even though I confirmed prior to shipping that they would send the right one. It took order 3 or 4 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong product even though they assured me I would receive the correct item. They promised to send the replacement. It's now been 5+ weeks and I still don't have a replacement. I've asked multiple times for a shipping date or a tracking number and I still don't have one. Horrible customer service.
** UPDATE - Gearbest is much faster replying to complaints on this and other review sites than to their support options. Received this reply regarding the replacement for my unusable product:
Please kindly note that your parcel has been sent out on 9/4. Please also kindly note that it would take approximately 10-25 business days(not including the weekends) for shipping to destinations if there are no delays.

** Personally I think they are stalling to avoid disputed transactions. Most credit card companies won't dispute transactions after 120 days. I will have to wait and see what they do but so far recommend that you NEVER ORDER FROM GEARBEST!

I recently purchased an item from this site, after being charged for the order and charged for 3 day shipping I checked back and the item was never in stock. I submitted a ticket with a company asking what the situation was they responded back telling me that they had supplier issues and that the item would be in stock within 3 to 4 days after waiting the 3 or 4 days and still no item or no update I'll check back again I was given the same generic update thing once again it be 3 to 4 days for the item is in stock to the supplier issues I requested that my money be refunded they responded that it would take up to 6 weeks for the money to be brought back. Overall I would not recommend this site to anyone I know and in fact I would urge you to stay away from it. This is been going on for 3 more weeks since the first incident and I'll be out there any kind of conclusion or solution on their part. Being a business owner of my own I know that this is not the way to create new business or keep old customers so do yourself a favor and keep searching for a site instead of purchasing from this one.

Update on Review 09-28-15:
After writing my reviews, customer service reached out to me. They refunded me 15 dollars due to the pre-sale order errors. I informed I would update my review in regards to customer service. I am happy that they did try to make amends to the situation but I am disappointed that it took writing negative reviews to any results. I am still waiting on the merch. They sent me an update today that it has hit the states. Hopefully I will have soon.
"I placed a pre-sale order on July 31,2015 for Original Pioneer4You iPV D2 Box Mod and an order for DIY 6 - in - 1 CW Coil Winder Kit RBA Coil Jig Coiling Tool for Electronic Cigarette. I still have not received either of these items, today being September 21,2015. I opened a ticket with the site to figure out what was wrong. I was told on one occasion 7 day. 10 days later I messaged again and they told me 5. Finally after being blown off, I asked if I was going to be refunded back the additional 10 dollars for placing a pre-order because I did not receive this item when it was released. They ignored me. I just checked again, and the items have not even left China. I have been blown off and lied to. Worst customer service ever. Be careful ordering from here, you may never get your items! "

It is a fraud, I bought a smartphone in the GearBest page
I was sent another model, three weeks broke down, they said they would return these send him by e Spain, the package was lost they said then it had not sent that the battery was out of the terminal and had to go inside terminal. I returned him two months later. Sent him back with the battery inside the terminal, two months later tell me they have lost the package. Bone fraud or a scam. A postal interested look good with this kind of Chinese companies as they send many packages. The original battery pack came out of the cell and admitted, is not logical. I do not recommend to buy anything in these pages, if something breaks is an odyssey it back and neck recover your money.

Me mandaron otro modelo, a las tres semanas se averió, me dijeron que lo devolviese, lo mande por correos España, el paquete se perdió me dijeron luego que no lo habian enviado por que la batería estaba fuera de la terminal y ha de ir dentro del terminal. Me lo devolvieron dos meses después. Lo envio de nuevo con la bateria dentro de la terminal, dos meses despues me dicen que han perdido el paquete. OSea un fraude o un timo. A correos les interesa quedar bien con este tipo de empresas Chinas ya que les envian muchos paquetes. EL paquete original venia la bateria fuera del movil y lo admitieron, no tiene lógica. No recomiendo para nada comprar en estas paginas, si algo se rompe es una odisea devolverlo y nuca recuperas tu dinero.

They are scammers. Didnt even sent the item. First there was one picture of envelope in profile that cant be read(yellow), and tracking number that doesnt work, then after 2 weeks white envelope that also cant be read. On top of that they want more money to resend the order. Never, never again. STAY AWAY!

It has been 2 months since I ordered my item. I have not received it. This company sent me a tracking number that when I tried to use it, it was "not found."
I contacted customer service and got a reply in broken English telling me to wait another month. They also said that I did not pay for the tracking number option so that is why the number did not work... even though they sent me a tracking number.
No offer to refund or resend, just told to keep waiting.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
