I have ordered products from gearbest on a few occasions and i have to say i have had a very good experience, great items, great prices and fast delivery.
The products are genuine and very good quality.
I ordered new phones last month. Still no package received. No tracking updates. They changed some tracking links. PLEASE FOR YOUR SECURITY. AVOID THIS SITE AND TELL OTHER FRIENDS OR RELATIVES. FAKE SITE! Soon someone from this group will die. I am sure!
Beware, they may send you a factory reject, instead of the phone that you ordered.
I bough a new phone (Mlais M9, order no. WW**************, on the 2015.09.24) and got a dead on arrival/defective factory reject (with a permanent group of defective top to bottom vertical stripes at the screen near the right border).
I contacted Gearbest and their proposal to fix the situation was one of 3 alternatives:
A) send it back "for repair" (for repair? I bought from them a new phone!), but I should pay for the full cost of returning the phone to them (they spent less than 4€ to send it to me, I should spend 38€ to send it back to them).
B) Keep the electronic garbage that they sent and be refunded of $15 to $12 USD!
C) Get a "replacement (no return)" (don't know what they mean with that) paying another 79% of the cost that I originally payed for the phone... and risking to get another factory reject?!
This is a win/win for Gearbest: they use you as guinea pig to test for dubious batches (with factory rejects) that they got from manufacturers,
And each time the client gets a defective unit he pays again, either expensive mail return costs to get the unit "repaired" (the client buys new equipment but he will live with "repaired" equipment), or he pays the full price of another phone (reject?)... just to risk starting that vicious guinea pig cycle again...
Aren't this guys at Gearbest clever?

I just ordered a Vaporkit paid 17 dollers to get it faster but for 3 or 4 days it says "processing" WHY?
When we pay xtra and the price is 81 big ones then we wants to know what is going on otherwise me and many others will find a better place to shop, like Ebay.

Never received my order. They say since the shipping is FREE, there's nothing they could do. They asked me to check with the local post office and my neighbors! This company is a bunch of crooks running the business. Buy at your own risk! Items purchase comes directly CHINA and not from local distribution center in US therefore there is a risk involve

Hi all,
I've written a review before about the loooong wait for my Teclast X98 pro tablet to arrive.
That one arrived finally, I am very glad I upgraded to DHL instead of flat rate. It has cost me 8 eur sending and 50 eur tax + service cost but arrives 3 days after shipping.
Now... whats happened...? 6 days ago I send in a ticket: I need support because the tablet shows faulty behaviour. Up until today NO RESPONSE. I even sent a 2nd message 3 days ago... nothing.
Then the other issue. I've got a total of 4 shipments underway to me. All flat-rate shipments because it were cheap toys and gadgets. There is even one that is already 5 weaks on its way... Shipped 14th sept. Bottomline... NOTHING arriving from this company. I don't know how they ship it, by mail-pigeon or by container-ship? I order on dealextreme, ebay, chinavasion, NEVER had I have to wait that long. The goods are not dangerous nor very valuable. So why is nothing coming?
And then the response of Gearbest: we will address the matter if after 2 months (!) 14th of november still nothing arrived.
This shop is unbelievable... DO NOT BUY HERE it gives you headaches.

This is a horrible company. They sell you junk that breaks quickly. They refuse to let you return it for refund or even exchange. They expect you to take to shop to fix but it cost more to have item looked at than it costs to buy another. They also want a 30% fee for a replacement. It's a con they sell you junk then get you to pay 30% more for another. Avoid like the plague.

After 2 months it will not deliver even call email, form post office nothing, i go to the post office to check my registered mail. He said it is return to the sender already the time is expired. Me shock! They did not inform me. Why? He said, my information is not mention to my their data or package,, i will past to gearbest support service they offer me to refund 50% to put in paypal. This shop Gearbest just super! Ordered Original Xiaomi Pocket *******mAh Mobile Power Bank believe the order came quickly, the quality is very good, the original brand product. And the price is affordable. The quality is excellent. In general, I am very glad and happy that he bought in the store Gearbest.
I ordered 3 items from them. Only one was in good quality and as described. One sweater was completely different and the stitching quality was worst I've ever seen. The 3rd item was described as fleece sweat pants made from polyester but they were thin as a t-shirt and made from cotton.
No Response from customer service. They posted only the positive review of the one item I reviewed on their website. I believe they have people hired to add fake reviews of their website all over the net. I see their advertising everywhere and yet the company is a scam.
They are getting away with it. Notice they have mostly 5 stars reviews or 1 star reviews all over the net. On their website, products have only 4 or 5 stars. Negative reviews are not posted.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
