I have not received 3 of my orders. It is been more than 2 months. It is a shame that no one has contacted me neither apologized for the delay. I have been repeatedly sending emails also been trying to chat with your customer service team but never got a response from you guys. Wonder how you guys are still running this business. If you cannot send me the product, then refund my money. Following are the products order numbers

It's been 77 days and I have not received either of my packages yet. GearBest asked for a few days to track it. I have not gotten any response and still waiting for any explanation after more then a week. I was promised a refund of a flash light and expediting of my phoblet. Nothing. Costumer Service none-responsive after several emails. Took my money and ran. I'm down $111.00!
You may have had a better experience with them; but I never got 2 different orders I've placed. As for me: first time and last time customer.

They have become obnoxious and keep on sending me the same email about dropping the PayPal claims before a partial refund numerous times a day. I had to finally block them. That is the best way to keep customers coming!

I just received my PayPal money from unfulfilled GearBest orders. That's $112. I did have to call for them to review my case, since GearBest kept on appealing the case. It's all over. But the mission to warn the world against the crooks at GearBest does not end. BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR OF GEARBEST. It took over 3 months to get the claims closed, but I'm happy I waited.

I ordered a Rednote 2, after 2 days I get a message saying it has been shipped but the tracking number is invalid.
Tried everything to but no communication back from gearbest.
I read only BS replies on here,, never that people actually have been helped.
I sent again a message and will start Paypal dispute oct 16 if I dont have a valid tracking number by then.
Not hopefull...

I've ordered accessories for my camera in middle of august 2015 using the free delivery options. Waited a month as promised and I have never received the items. They asked to wait for another month. I wonder what kind of excuses will the customer services will cook up? This is my first time cheated by an online company. I've dealt with online companies from China and it has been a good experience for me. AVOID this company at all cost.

I purchased two cameras from Gearbest, and paid expedited shipping. Both were in stock at the time of purchase, yet the first item took 7 days to ship, and the second one took 17 days! Once shipped, the items took the maximum time allowed by the expedited shipping. When I wrote a negative review, it was removed. Their support was completely unapologetic, and didn't answer most of my questions. I won't make the mistake of dealing with them again. I have much much better experiences with most retailers like them, but they dropped the ball badly.

I Bought a Meizu M2 Note Phablet. The product came fast, less than a week, in perfect condition. Excellent prices, customer service and very easy to navigate in the store.

The product never arrived after 3 months and they want to give me 50% of the product as store credit or resend it after i pay more. I will never buy from Gearbest again and i wont recommend it to anyone.

I bought a router in August, arrived in perfect condition, within the time should come. The attendance for sale and post sale was excellent by GearBest.
One of the best sites i have purchased from. Really are a great company. Ordered from the EU warehouse and came within a few days. Genuine products and if there are clones they are in the item description.

Avoid this company, terrible service, they just take your money with no intention to send the product. I ordered a phone in August and till yeaterday i was waiting t be send, Order was procesing, 2 months and procesing time should be 3-5 days. I even change my order t another phone in order to send me sooner but no.
No wish to refund also. All the time they were posponing they will get the phones for 7-15 days, than they will send me in 3-5 days days. But acctually they were waiting buyers protection to end and get my money and send nothing. I put pay pal dispute, so hope to get refund.

I ordered a watch in May and it hasnt reached me till today 10/08/2015.
This is the tracking number and the day when i ordered for W************** May 14,2015 02:39:48 AM $9.55.
6 Months later now they offer refund pathetic customer service.
No phone # to contact, Chat support is always busy for hrs together.
When a ticket is raised they wold take a minimum of 48hrs to reply.
Sloppy cust service, worst havent seen anything of this kind till now.

LOST COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THIS SERVICE.
1) they screwed up my delivery address, mixed post code from card address with delivery address, said to me after late ticket reply it can't be changed. Excuse me?
2) sent tracking information that said delivered. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Followed up on their tracking info, called up deliver depot, which was Yodel, who told me, the tracking info given displayed a completely different name and person, so not my package. Excuse me?
3) submitted ticket after ticket. No telephone number, though their site states 24/7 telephone service. Ticket replies come late with apologies to late replies and no resolve.
DODGY. FRAUDULENT SERVICE, me thinks. STAY AWAY.
4) asked to be called. Asked for manager to contact me. Asked for telephone number. NO REPLY.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
