Terrible experience, the worst i have ever had buying anything ever. I bought a tablet, It was suppose to ship within 24 hours, it took 4 days. I paid for 3-7 day shipping and it took 10 days for me to receive the tablet. I also received a invoice stating the product cost "$25" it was a customs form saying the total price of the item was $25, i paid $93 for the tablet, so "fraud"? Was my instant thought. So shipping aside, a little frustrating but not a deal breaker. Then it worked for one full day before completely dying. I attempted to contact their support center where it stated i would get a response within 24 hours, 4 days later i decided to just file a paypal dispute. The following day is when i finally got a response, and the response was about them asking me to cancel the paypal dispute. THEN i got a response to my ticket, I was absolutely positive that the only reason i got a response at all was because i filed the dispute. And i refused to cancel the dispute until i found a resolution, they then proceeded to message once a day. Even if i replied within 30 mins of them replying to my previous message, i would not get a response till the following day, in some instances once every 2 days. Thus it taking a week to even get them to agree to return it. While this is all happening i get a response on my paypal account saying they agreed to settle the matter if i took "$15" as the refund. Now keep in mind the tablet cost $93 not including shipping, i took it almost offensively. I declined the offer and then i got the address to finally return the item. I was then told i would not be reimbursed the shipping, the shipping cost $50, meaning i got less then half of the total value at the end for a product that only worked for a day. Stay FAR AWAY from this website, in total it took about 6 weeks to get this sorted and i have yet to receive the refund because i will not receive it until they get the package. Which is going to take several weeks.

As you can tell i got a cookie cutter response to my negative feedback. Just look at all the negative feedback on here and you will see that its basically all the same, a copy and pasted response. In which they do not even respond too, another reason to stay away from them.
Gearbest's after sale service is absolutely horrendous as my order that I paid for 18 days still hasn't been shipped without any explanation. Typical thief who takes your money and forget you right afterwards.

Talk about 3 day shipping I payed for priority mail shipping on Oct 7 still have nothing. 3 days after I ordered something else too for my product and got the smaller product first. One I can't even use it without the product I ordered first. Second they sent me crap I ordered days after. This website is garbage and I recommend going on amazon or a better website these people just take your money

Ordered 2 separate orders, both items defective, after much back and forth they finally gave me a warranty RMA (WRMA). Items were returned, they admit they got them and after numerous promises, the thieves REFUSE to return my money. They have both items and all my money. Beware, GearBest Co is nothing but thieves and liars.

Order I place is taking about a month now to cancel the order and until now they would not cancel it. 1 product is out of stock and they are still holding my money which they said they will refund. Dispute it through PayPal now see what's gonna happen. They shipped out a few item that were in stock but they are claiming it it get delivered in 20 to 30 days. Who should items that long. I can honestly say this place is a scam. Don't buy from this vendor it will just be aa nightmare for you.

I have paid 120$plus 17$for expedite shipping and I have received a power adaptor in the package instead of the voyo 2 mini pc

Gearbest sent me the missing unit but of course the unit arrived faulty.
In order to power it up and able to use it I needed to go to a repair shop to have a wire from the battery soldered back. The control of quality in china now is a joke.
However they sent the device so Il give them one more star.

I bought and paid for a specific phone on September 7 and they were mentioning 3-5 days shipping. They shipped it on October 18 and it would take about a month to arrive(hopefully). They were unable to deliver but they didn't mention that on the site. The second star is because they acknowledged their mistake and sent me an phone case free of charge.

Hi, I have now tried FOUR orders with this shambolic "company" of the four orders three never arrived and the fourth was faulty. So in fairness they are consistent... consistently awful
Order Numbers are faults are as below:
WW************** – After several support tickets it was "problems with the manufacturer" so they were trying to sell something not in stock – typical!
WW************** – Tablet was faulty – no Wi-Fi so makes it useless, the warranty is useless and lost most of my money on this.
WW************** – waited two weeks, tried to chase up – was ignored the only lucky thing was I paid by PayPal so they got the refund, customer service was awful
Fourth order was for a screen protector and case – "allegedly" dispatched 27th August... but no proof and being ignored
Overall STEER well CLEAR, four orders I may expect one maybe two issues but to have MAJOR ISSUES ON EVERY order, doesn't show a good picture.
No doubt Gear Best will now post just below how sorry they are blah blah blah and not actually do anything about it. Typical PR exercise

They have some bad business practices. They will allow you to order and take your money when they actually do not have any in stock! They will then put your order status as "Processing" until they source some stock. This will take weeks and some people have said here, months! I got sick of waiting and they have said they will refund within 3-7 days. I have even heard that refund does not happen as promised. More likely than not I will have to raise it Paypal after 7 days. BUYER BEWARE!

I don't know if this review helped or was just a coincidence but my money was refunded quickly (also said I would contact Paypal, if my money wasn't returned quickly). After reading some of the reviews here, I decided not to wait when livechat made the usual promised as some others have experienced; about high demand and I will have to wait another 11 days or so days before new stock arrives from the manufacturer. Didn't want to get into that loop as others have, in the hope that my goods will turn up eventually.
Still think it is hit and miss with this company. They will not say they are out of stock, so will take your money and THEN try to source your order, missing their own preset shipping deadline by weeks and even months, as some have reported. Question you have got to ask yourself; is the cheap item you are ordering worth the aggravation you may suffer!

I've bought several things on gearbest.com both from China wharehouse and from EU wharehouse. Shipping time were always in-line with the ones declared on site. I cannot find anything better than gearbest.com over the internet for cool gadgets and hi-tech.

Very good store! I think its best store in China! Im buying Xiaomi camera. They send it within 5 days and delivered 16 days! Its good result!
I placed an order from Gear Best after hearing about them on a tech site. It turns out the tech site was making money off the referrals so their reviews were probably biased. My order has been stuck in processing forever. The contact form via their website does not work. I sent a Tweet and someone responed saying that my order was ready for shipping. It never shipped. So I opened a case with PayPal to report for non-shipment.
The moral is that some people may have had success with this company but from the reviews it would appear that this company has serious issues with customer service.
Sadly, I didn't use a search engine first or I would have come across Jabber

As you can read, a supposed Gear Best rep replied to the comment and wanted my information for a refund. Again, this shows another reason not to do business with them. I have emailed three contact emails for them, filed a PayPal claim, and Tweeted numerous times. If they were a legitimate business they would have responded via normal channels.

I placed an order for an item in early August of this year. After 6 weeks the status never changed from processing. I finally gave up and and asked for a refund. As of today, I have not received my refund (after being told that I would) nor the merchandise. I'm going to notify my bank that this transaction was fraudulent. BUYERS BE WARE!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
