I ordered two scooters and paid through PayPal. Now I'm getting emails demanding copies of my drivers license and credit card.
I refuse to provide either of these to some Chinese company. And it is impossible to contact them to discuss this issue.
So I guess I'll just do a chargeback on my credit card before this scam goes any further...

I ordered some small parts from this company WEEKS ago, and emailing them have just had excuses. I finally contacted Paypal, and saw they got a reply that it would be weeks more, but to be patient. I just escalated this to a claim. I am an honest buyer/seller on EBay with over 500 transactions with a 100% rating, and am honest. I have no use for scam companies like this. Had I not done this, I likely would never have heard from them again. STAY AWAY!

When you order clothses then be carefull. If you do it from mobile device they hide from you that their sizes are much smaller than ordinary clothses.
If you want to change sizes you have to pay for shipping both ways. Or perhaps they will accept their error and you can have a fantastic 10% refund.

AVOID - If you have a problem you will never see your money again.
I ordered a phone from them several weeks back. I did not get the phone and despite many many messages they will not give a refund. They only offer store credit at 50% value of the phone so you have to buy more stuff from them. They will replace the phone at a further cost - they must be mad if they think I am sending them more money.
This is the worst experience I have ever had from any online shopping company. They even said it was not the fault of the courier the item was lost and that I had not take out insurance suggesting it was my fault!
The fact they state they give a full refund up to 48 days from receipt of goods is a lie. In my opinion they are crooks and thieves.
BE WARNED - If you have a problem you will not get a refund!

Never buy products from this website! They are saying on their website that the are having "GearBest's Super Support Center: We are here for you!
We offer fast response times on weekdays for Order Tracking, Support, General Issues and Pre-Sale Questions.". And reality? Nothing! I paid them 143$ and fourteen days is order processing. Product is now " OUT OF STOCK" but nobody contact me... You can open your ticket. I opened and nobody responded. I wanted contact them via live chat. Never online. They are secured by Norton and have "money back program" but you cant use it never!

My first item buy on gearbest go it after 15 day second items order on 15/09 still not sanding till today 27/10 on the website they say they have the items but after orders they tell you to wait till they receive the item, you can wait forever and asked for refund, they closed the order but no money back on your account

My order was not received, have proof from courier, item sent back to sender, no idea why.
Gearbest will not refund! This is what they say! Needless to say, I have escalated a paypal claim and will not use them again...

Shop has a lot of items with low prices, often makes special offers and big discounts. I ordered cellular phone (WP**************) at 08.10.2015 - 2 days took for packaging, and yesterday I already received it. Customer service quickly responded to my questions. I highly recommend to add tracking numbers to your orders to not worry about delivery, but anyway Paypal protects me from item loss or damaging during delivery.
I ordered an ultralight stove for backpacking. It's now been over 2 1/2 months and I still have not received the stove. Customer service is useless. Instructed to call post office and wait a few more days. Followed instructions. Tried several times to contact customer service. Completely ignored. They will not respond to emails. Total rip off.
I saw their horrible reviews before I ordered. Shame on me. I should have known better. Their company will sometimes respond to the bad reviews. They always say " we are so sorry, please provide order number so we can fix the problem." Yet the problems continue to happen. This is a fraudulent company with a sporadic record of actually delivering the ordered product. I fortunately ordered an inexpensive item. Please take my advice... Pay a bit more and order from a reputable company with a record of good reviews.

2 months after i made my order and not received it i write to u guys; DON'T do the same mistake i did. Dont order on gearbest. U will only waste your money and your time. They will not respond to any of your questions, they will close your tickets even if they are not resolved and they will stop answering when you ask for a refund. I never thought that chinese companies are as disrespectful as this.

I found their site, was pretty excited due to the low prices and broad range of products. I read a bunch of poor reviews but decided to try for myself. I was going to buy some expensive gear but then thought I would test them out with smaller much cheaper novelty products first before forking over a bigger paycheck. Im glad I tested!
Off to a smooth start, order shipped within 2 days. Sweet.
Then a few weeks went by.
My order was only $25.00 and I assume its gone forever. I followed up with their company, they responded its on its way... Weeks later, followed up again. Again they said its on its way. Finally I was told its not their responsibility anymore.
My recommendation. Stay away. If you must try them out like I did don't order anything expensive.
If the product ever shows up I will edit this review.

This company is the biggest scam! I purchased an item and they charged my card and then sent me an email telling me my product was on "hold" until I sent them a copy of my drivers license to confirm who I am! I sent multiple emails and the response I got back seemed to be computer generated! I fought through paypal and got my money back FINALLY! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS THEY STEAL PEOPLES PRIVATE INFORMATION DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered in August. Got an email stating it was shipped 2 days later. Tracking # worked for about a week. After that nothing. Support is non-existent so don't bother. My item did not cost much but that is why I bought it because it would have costed more than 20x the cost+shipping. I should have known it was too good to be true as my husband warned me. I ordered a tablet, keyboard and earphones. Then i wrote messages to them like 10 times they never answered my questions. Even the questions I sent them 15 days ago seems processing... Live chat is always offline, never saw them online. Gearbest is the worst web site I have ever shopped. Never seen so careless costumer services before. They dont care about us. Do not even spend a penny on this page. You will regret. Also: The tablet is from EU warehouse but still processing.

I bought a few items, dash cam, quadcopter, speed camera alert device... and guess the dash cam although working does not loop the videos, checked online and even their you tube installation manual and they skipped this part... clever gearbest... the speed camera device is only in russian... great help... lol... and the quadcopter flies for 7 minutes before the 25min battery dies... so all in all alot of crap on sale, i had issues with all 3 things i bought. Dont bother, i think they dump poor quality of defective merchandise. I will never use them again... and by the way, those copy paste messages to resolve disputes dont really get resolved... i waited 3 months!
Just dont bother, use another sales site... use at your own peril!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews.
