I see that this site gets its ups and downs from the reviewers here. For me, everything went really smoothly. I was really happy that I could order from a store that has a warehouse in the EU - customs is a pain in the... other cheeks in my country, with a 33% fee usually. My order arrived in a few days (it was a registered package, of course, I always pay for registered if possible). Since trust is a hard-to-gain currency, I've checked the authenticity of everything that I ordered, but both items passed it. Since I didn't need their customer service for anything, I can't say anything about it.
Never received the item, Gearbest sent the item via unregistered post (not registered) without my consultation. Other items took over a month to arrive, their postal time estimates are false advertising. I was ignored when asking for my money back. Fraudulent company who stole my money.
You got to watch these people, what they don't tell you is that they ship from China, even though it says ships within 3 day, Lie, it took them 9 days to ship and another month to go though customs to get to the U. S and to ad insult to injury they sent a EU model to a United States customer, they do not respond to e-mail requests for return, I had to go though paypal to get refund, but even then they want me to ship back to China, cost more then the product is worth, guess they know how to work the system. STATY AWAY FROM GREARBEST.

These idiots took 4 months to refund a 4$ item that never arrived, only because I kept insisting after ticket has been ignored for two weeks straight, writing a new ticket, and filling a complaint with Paypal.
Their crap is alright, but if it doesnt reach your doorstep say goodbye to your money or your time, because it will take a whole lot of it getting a refund from these idiots.
A big 0/100 for customer service, just make sure you pay with Paypal or risk saying goodbye forever to your money.
To Gearbest Rep: before you ask, order number was WW**************. You fully deserve 0 star 0/100 rating on that one. Ticket T*******025 was ignored and DELETED before resolution, and ticket T*******624 was ignore for 14 days before I filled a complaint with Paypal.

To everyone fighting over a lost order that they for some reason don't want to re-ship or refund: they are just wasting your time through their ticket time-wasting machine. Call your credit card company and tell them you've been scammed by a no-service chinese website, or fill a complaint with Paypal directly. Only then will they wake up and set things straight, otherwise they are counting on the fact that you will either forget or get exhausted from this $#*!, and they get to keep your money.

The item I ordered sat in processing for about a week. Asked gear best when it would be shipping and said I was worried because of the terrible reviews on sitejabber. They responded asking if I wanted to wait "just a few days more" or find some other product I liked (nice try) or if I wanted a refund. I said I wanted a refund and they gave it to me within minutes
I am very satisfied with the service of Gearbest. Why? Well, first of all the site is very accessible. I don't have to spend a long time before finding that goods where I am looking for. Up to now, everything I ordered has been delivered in an acceptable time and in good condition. All packages were well packed and protected.And last but not least, the customer service is doing a great job. Once I had a question, and within 12 hours I had a satisfying answer (take in account that there is a huge time difference between Belgium and China.

Don't bother... I placed two orders with them. They say they have stock, but all of a sudden you get sorry no stock. Replies to tickets all say sorry, then I see on Facebook the amount of people having the same problem. I think I will cut my losses, and accept that nothing will come. I will contact PayPal to get my money back, and suggest that they remove themselves from Gearbest.

Wow I'm so disappointed that people put up a website &take your money... I order 2 Webcam so we can monitor my 85 year old mother, while we at work. Order it on October 4, got a tracking number on my email... I need a phone number to speak to these people so they can refund our money back... I guess it time to teach this company a lesson & we all that order from this company needs to put them on spot so the world would know about what they are doing to people... so sad that we shop from this sorry $#*! company!

Ordered a Mouse for laptop, didn't arrive on due date, painful customer support service, told me to wait 60 days for mouse, then said sorry late leaving for postage 80 days after order agreed refund, that didn't come for weeks. Worst company by miles I have ever dealt with on Internet. Stay away find any other place to buy what you want. Whole process took 5 months and about 20 emails..

Hello! I want to share my buying experience on the website gearbest.com. The site is satisfied, there were no obvious problems. And that their support was quickly resolved. What can not but rejoice. As for the purchased watches, I can say that they are very good for their price. The charge holds 20 days. Some have more. Steps thinks the heart rate monitor is working fine. In general, I am pleased with the store and order in particular.

I have bought a lot of things from Gearbest, for instance a quadcopter Tarantura X6 and spare parts to the same. The quality of the goods has so far been flawless. The pricing is almost always the best compared to other shops on the net. Since I live in Aland Islands a Swedish part of Finland the shipping costs is an important part for me. When Gearbest offer free shipping on their products the deals are fantastic for me. I have also had some questions regarding my purchases and their customer service has always been quick in response and really helpful. The website itself is easy to find what I am looking for, good search functions and information about if the product is in stock or not. So far I have only had good experiences buying from gearbest.

Very bad experience with Gearbest...
Received my order with a defective item (shirt that needed repair), 3 options were gived to me, I chose the one that I keep the shirt and pay for repair and gearbest put money (half of the shirt worth) in my GB wallet, they never did it... It's been more than a month and half... (They fixed that problem)
Still waiting for my other order made the 22 of september, still not arrived and we are the 2 of november... 19 nov (almost 2 month) package still didn't delivered... (But they refunded me)
They offering me a gift of 500 points = 10$, but the catch is, the points can only been used for 30% of the item value... So you cannot order only with points, so you have to pay the rest with your money... AND they asking me to give a better review on this site...
I started with 1 star, I gave 2 now, for the refund...
Come back to 1 Star becase I've never received my order made the 22 of september.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
