I bought blackview alife p1 pro and choosed Expedited Shipping because 3-7workdays shipping time... but they haven't shipped it yet 6days later i think they will never ship it to me :( i'm so sad and i will try get my money back with PayPal.

I ordered this product more than once. Problems never was. The shop itself is huge! You can find a lot of things for every taste at very good prices. Just want to note the large number of quality brands that can be found on Amazon. But here they are usually cheaper. With delivery also do not have problems. Not longer than in other Chinese stores. Intentional glitch in their site when you are trying to reach customer support. I'm disputing the transaction through paypal and hope I can get my money back!

I've bought a DM007 RC Quadcopter via GearBest. It was a low price/good quality product. Delivery was in time and I have no complaints. I will definitely buy again.
Shipping sucks, communication sucks and if you have a problem, all they do is stall and run you around until you give up. Pay through Paypal and if there is a problem contact Paypal immediately to get a refund otherwise you will be stuck with a store credit at a store you never want to shop at ever again.

Trying to save money, I also bought from GearWorst a few weeks ago (Original Joyetech EVic Mini Express Kit). After waiting a week, I decided to inquiry on the shipping time, and without getting a response in a timely manner (24hrs), decided to do some research on the company... should've done it before hand.

This was my first order from Gearbest but not my last. I used their US warehouse and the shipping was pretty quick. All of my items came sealed in factory boxes and they were not damaged. The reason for 4 stars is that the handling time is kinda slow. They also use DHL for shipping. But that being said, my order came in about a week and was in perfect condition.

I just recently got into flying quad copters.
This one is a personal favorite so far. It's incredibly easy to fly and comes with 3 modes.
Mode 1 allows for some great indoor flying and also taking fairly steady video footage. Modes 2 and 3 are for when you get used to it and want to be a bit more sporty, or when flying outdoors.
The controller includes an option to choose when to start and stop taking video footage. (Which is a nice touch) It can also do flips at the touch of a button and has headless mode and 1 key return. Though I personally prefer it out of headless mode.
Charging the battery is fairly straight forward as you get a USB hook-up that glows red when charging and goes out when the battery is fully charged. (Roughly 1 hr to 1hr 30 mins per charge)
Fly's for about 6 minutes per battery, so it's a good idea to stock up on a few extras. (You can get a little more flight time out of removing the camera and landing struts)
The range does vary from model to model in terms of vertical / horizontal, but worst case it goes out of range, the motors stop and it drops. If you're under it, this isn't an issue as it will drop back into range of the controller, just be careful of how far out you send it, till you get used to it.
Where this quad really shines (pardon the pun) is its super bright LED's. Which make for some amazing night flying.
I did have concerns over there being no replacement propeller blades on sale. But must admit I haven't had to replace a single one yet. Worst case if you do have this issue, check out the following youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPVuQpAbkA4
It shows the same quad using some 3 blade props designed for a similar drone and they are still purchasable. (Just recently got them via the post)
There are also various RC groups / online information on how to try and mod the quad for better flight time / range.
And at the current cost it's a steal. (It's even cheaper if you go for the UFO version without the camera.)
Great little Christmas present for friends / family members who always wanted to get into remote aircraft.
The order was made on the 18th of October from the UK warehouse. Reportedly despatched quickly but on the 23rd the tracking shows stop and return to seller without even attempting delivery. After contacting yodel they say there was an issue with the address.
Even after this fact gearbest propose a 50% refund in credit or 1/3 back to PayPal. Laughable at best. Opened dispute and immediately escalated to claim with PayPal as they have the item and don't resend or refund!

I purchased this product and submitted my credit card. A couple of days later, they asked me to submit a photo of my Driver's license and credit card so that they may charge my credit card. My credit card had already been charged. I am in dispute with my credit card company.

Needed a replacement smart phone - found the oukitel u8 on gearbest for an unbeatable $130. It's exceptionally well built, comes with 4g and the latest android 5.1 system, finger print scanner, lovely big screen. I purchased a hoverboard, using PayPal. I'm about to initiate a chargeback because they keep giving me the run-around everytime I open a ticket, inquiring as to where my order is. I received a tracking number that apparently the tracking website doesn't recognize. It's been 3 weeks and still no updates. They suck!
*** UPDATE **** I finally received the hoverboard, one month after purchasing it. It works as expected and my kids love it. Although the customer service was non-existent, I did get my goods and wound up canceling the paypal dispute. Moral of the story: if you don't care about customer service, and long wait times for delivery, and your goal is to save money, then this isn't a bad option. Otherwise purchase from a dealer in the U.S.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
