I stumbled across the Gearbest website when I was looking for some goods. Gearbest we're 50% cheaper than anyome else. As i was based in the uk I was a bit optimistic but I gave it a chance. Well after 7 days my order arrived it was as stated a genuine product and i couldn't be happier. Im so glad i found Gearbest and have now placed other orders with them. I cannot recommend Gearbest enough

Cool shop!

Cool shop with great prices! Bought MX4 Pro 32GB for the lowest price I could ever find. The phone has been dispatched in 3 days and after two weeks of waiting I got it. The package arrived safely and just as described. GB promised to ship international version and they did it! Would recommend this shop!

I use this shop more than a year. During this time he became the number one for me, relegating Ali, BG and other Chinese stores. Why is that? I ordered 3 hoodies in XL size. Im 5'10" and medium to heavy build. When the hoodies came i had a hard time getting them on... they are way too small especially for an adult XL...

I looked for a way to email support to try and get a refund. But their site is broken and it was set up to send me an email to authenticate which never arrived (even in my junk folder)
I gave them to my 13 year old nephew they fit him perfectly. Never buying from this site again

Ordered on Sept 7 2015 and after multiple request for status and being told to be patient that it will show was told to pay MORE money and they would reship it. I am an understanding man but by not being able to track a package (even when they give you a fake tracking number) I can't trust that it was ever shipped. I requested gearbest.com to reship with an actual tracking mechanism that works and they said I had to give them more money...

SCAMMERS - stay away!

I placed an order in August, and the goods never arrived after three months. Gearbest claim that it has been sent, they have had me running around post offices and on a wild goose chase... to no avail. The tracking number is useless. Apparently, if I pay more money, they will "send" it again. Here is their last reply:

The product value is USD 34.18$ we can refund $11 back to your payment account.

2)Reship the order We can reship the order.
For this, please kindly send us 50 % of the order value 17USD so that we can arrange the shipment.

3)Refund 50% of the product on your GB wallet.
The product value is USD $34.18 we can refund $18 back to your GB wallet. You can use the money in your next order, if you want to know more about the GB wallet, please check link: http://www.gearbest.com/about/faq.html.

No service or intregrity

So, after a long and frustrating journey with your company, I must conclude. The lack of response to this ticket ultimately implies that if I have a problem with your product I will receive no support and have to pay a lot of money to return the item to you.

I will find another supplier that I may have to pay more for the product, but the price will include good customer service, reasonable terms, good communication and responsibility.

I am leaving this ticket open for you to close, because this is better than me closing this with a zero rating, and it is the rating that is more important than service is to your company.

I was asked to write and submit a positive review by this company, but declined and said that I will write an honest review.

A little better than Banggood.com, but also so removed from customers in the UK market. Looking for a new supplier, I have found that I can contact and communicate with www.tinydeal.com instantly, and I have not even placed an order with them yet.

Order No. WP************** Paid for the item over a week ago and recieved multiple messages from USPS stating that a shipping label had been created and my product hasnt shipped yet. I have purchased several items from Gearbest.com. They sell you on items they don't have in stock or pre sell them without you knowing. It could take several months before you receive it. Meanwhile they have your money and it is a hassle getting it back.

Another problem is customer service should have more native english speakers to handle Americans. Communication is dicey.

After 5 succcessful orders, Gearbest failed to deliver my last 3 orders! I have been dealing stupidly with their customer servisse who has been asking me to wait... wait and wait again.
First failure, from August, got repeated... but failed again!
Will never ever spend a single dólar/euro on this anymore.

Complete fraudulant
