Lowest prices

You wont find better prizes... and what they offer, is what you get. There is a small issue in the time they ship the package, usually takes a couple of days more that they offer, but if your not in a hurry, this is the best place to buy. They use DHL as courrier that usually has the better delivery times from China to any place in the world, and in my particular case. Mexico, the best one in passing your package throw customs, less than a day, and they usually takes the invoice as reference to tax your product.

STAY AWAY!

I ordered and paid for a DOOGEE F3 PRO phone in early September with promise it would ship out in 6-7 days. After a month or more of empty promises they7 told me it was no longer in stock. I then chose a similar second choice phone for slightly more money. They asked for the difference in price to be paid and stated it would be in stock SOON. After a few more ignored e-mails I decided the writing was on the wall and settled for a poor third choice mainly because it stated it was in stock in the EURO warehouse. This did arrive fairly promptly but now nearly two months after my initial order. This phone is not brilliant (TCL 3S).

I will never use Gearbest again and would not recommend you do either!

I ordered product that was really bargain. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I was wandering if it was genuine (power bank) and check it in many ways - it was genuine! I am really satisfied and will purchase at their site again definitely.

Best prices for China made products. They have an EU warehouse with a lot of products and cheap and fast shipping. Over 25 orders from them and all was ok and they have an excelent customer service.

Ordered a mini segway, and it finally arrived after 4 weeks. During that time, you are given a useless tracking number. Direct inquiries about your order are treated with a prepared response, and offer zero help. After finally getting it, it broke within a week. No misuse whatsoever. I opened a ticket to promptly start my refund, and the system response says they will get back to you in 1 business day. It's been 4 days, and I've heard nothing. Stay away from Gearbest. I have a feeling I won't be getting my $ back.

Update 12/25: It cost $130 to ship it back. So basically I rented a Chinese mini segway for 2 weeks. Anyway, I gave them the tracking # THREE times with a picture, and they STILL kept saying that I should supply a tracking number. Now that they finally have it, I was promised a refund in 3 days. Now, using their words, "Our company lately issued a policy that for the return for refund order, we will give the refund once we received the parcel.". I've been advised to contact them in 25 DAYS for a refund. When I told them that was unacceptable, they offered $20 dollars until they receive the parcel. KEEP IT UP GEARBEST. I KNOW YOUR READING THIS. Terrible company. I pray I receive my refund.

Great online shop to buy all you need!

I ordered many mobile phones (Xiaomi MI4 W************** on October 27 2015 the last one, only 9 days from the EU warehouse to my home), watches and some tech stuff and the price is unbeatiable, the shipping method is faster than expected and you can choose the warehouse stock ( China, Hong-Kong, USA or Europe).

If you have any doubt with the product or the order, the support team is always in contact with you and they solve any question.

Highly recommended!

It felt like I was trying to do business with a 7 year old child. All questions were answered vaguely with no real answer, instead I found myself constantly following up with other more direct questions.
Being a reseller of micro gadgets for the last 3 years and yet was treated with no respect whatsoever.

GB is one of the best shops. The most interesting items are usually cheaper than on Ali. Also, coupons and points make them even better! :) It is really simple to get and use points.
You may also choose different shipping methods and add a tracking number (but it would cost about $2).

My first few experiences with these guys went okay. I had a few orders come in fine. Then 1 they sold out and canceled. Waiting for the refund took a lot of back and forth with customer support. Now they sent me a used, broken quadcopter and I am back to fighting with customer support to get this resolved. I will provide an update to what happens in the next few days.

UPDATE: Customer service told me to wait 1-2 days, but now it has been nearly a week with no reply to any of my messages.
