I recently ordered from GearBest for the first time and I'm very pleased with the products and the service provided.

Shipping to Germany was rather quick via the Germany Express option. Even with additional insurance the shipping costs are still as low as a national package here in Germany (they also offer free world wide shipping but why not spend a bit more just to be on the safe side?).

The customer support was very nice and responded quickly. The products are all of good quality.

Lily is the only person on that website who "responds" to our complaints, but there is a problem... ALL OF THE MESSAGES ARE AUTOMATED AND SAY THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I am FURIOUS with this "company" and will report this and get the website TAKEN DOWN!

I have bought several items from Gearbest. They arrive after 1 month, a long wait but according to their promise. One of the items was partially defective - 1 out of six functions did not work. I entered a ticket and they resend a good one to me after another month. I appreciate that very much. Other products are ok for the price paid. The last item I ordered di not arrive after 2 months and I put in a ticket. They promise to resend it. I am waiting to see the solution and am quite confident that they keep their promise. Will write to let others know later.
