ANY POSITIVE REVIEW YOU SEE ON ANY WEBSITES ABOUT GEARBEST IS COMPLETELY FALSE. There is no way that most, if not all, of these positive reviews are true. Before you order from this company, look at the reviews on other sites about people not receiving their products or getting faulty items. This company cannot be trusted. Here is my experience:
I ordered my item two months ago and never received it. I was told that it can take up to 60 days to receive the item, but more than 60 days have passed and still no response. Everytime I file a ticket requesting information on where my item is, they always ask the same two questions:
1) Please verify your address.
2) Check with your local post offices.
I did both countless times, and yet they always told me to either wait or they close my tickets. I am filing a paypal dispute now (like many people have) in hope of getting a refund back. Again, stay away from this company because they only want your money.
Absolutely the worst buy experience I have ever had. I don; t believe for one second that any positive review was done by an actual customer. People wake up, if a company provides you no phone number to reach them, that is a red flag. When every time you try to get on a chat, the system says that all operators are busy, that is a red flag. When a company sends you programmed responses each time you open a ticket. That is a red flag. When a company surprises you after you Oder to let you know that slandered shipping is over 25 business days (FYI been waiting over a month) that is a red flag. When a company tells you that there is no shipping details on your order because you elected not to have you shipment tracked, that is a red flag. All i want is to know the best way to share this with the rest of the world so that no one falls for this scam of a company like I did

Bought a mobile phone. Charged additional £16 import duty on arrival. Phone was faulty and after much to-ing and fro-ing was sent back at cost of £12. Replacement phone dead on arrival. Customer services now not responding. £130 down with a faulty phone! I cannot believe the positive comments on here and am presuming they are bloggers who are paid to write positive comments

I have recently ordered one product to test if what they advertised on the site was genuine and I had a wonderful surprise when it arrived. Undamaged packaging (bought the additional insurance under 2$), original product and excellent customer service.
No faults and no complaints. Have ordered 5 more products since and plan on ordering more.

Similar products, same as other sites, are much more expensive. Pleasantly surprised by the delivery, quick processing and almost instant delivery to Russia. It came in 6 days! At the same time free. I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 from GearBest. To ensure I didnt pay additional import tax I selected their EU warehouse as the source of my order. Orders originating from China may be subject to an additional charge at customs so please be aware of this.

I ordered a jacket from Gearbest in August. When it hadn't arrived two months later, I requested a refund. They told me I should wait a little while longer as these deliveries can take up to 60 days! (They must be sending it by rowboat) After a lot more rigamarole, they offered me a 50% refund. This is a disgrace. They make cheap stuff in China and then pay nothing for delivery. Steer well clear.

I have bought a number of items from GearBest. 1 Item my phone was on backorder by the manufacturer and was delayed. GearBest allowed me to cancel the order and order a new phone. Their Customer Service was excellent and I was informed of where my phone was at every stage. Excellent
Placed an order and never received the products. After months of having to send messages through help tickets online they inform me the order is lost and they will only refund half of the amount I paid, or I can send them half of the original cost and they will reorder. Terrible way to do business. I will be following up with BBB and including all the responses from them that originally stated full refund that suddenly have been changed to partial. Would not recommend this business to anyone for any product!

I ordered 3 car dash cameras, e-vape box and some gadgets in this shop, the orders proceed very fast, and I was very pleased with the items. I had problems with the box mod, and it was handled by the gearbest support very quickly and without any problems. A big + for the gearbest.
Bought a Beelink X2 TV Box from the European Warehouse of Gearbest.
First of all shipping and packaging was tiptop in order. Received the box within a couple of days of ordering which was impressive.
I have been using this box for the last couple of days now and have been extending the kodi viewer with a number of add-ons. I can now view most television stations worldwide as well as most sports channels.
Loading of the app is fast, picture quality is superb.
Love the Beelink X2. As this will be replacing sky multi view and sky sports the box will have earned it's money back within months.
Really happy with it.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
