My first order was pretty much what i expected. Not very quick. Any ticket i placed was answered ASAP.
Quality was awful. But worked for kids fun. Lasted about three or four days before they started falling apart.
My second order, Placed on November 28th, still haven't received. And the tickets i send ether get ignored or deleted.
They truly have no support. I think all messages are answered by auto response
I tried several times asking for help for 2 Easycast receivers I bought from Gearbest. Website constantly gives error messages. Gearbest does not answer messages. What good is a cheap price if the product doesn't work and the seller does not even try to help despite many requests.

Its obvious that most of these 5 star reviews are false when there are almost the same amount of 1 star reviews and nothing in-between. I have made hundreds of orders from Chinese based company's ether shipped from china or from Europe based stores and i have had overall good experiences and not had any major problems. First time i order from Gearbest (Europe store) my £50 camera goes missing in the post and after months of trying to sort it out i have given up. Might be good for low value items but i coud have bought the camera for £4 more new on ebay uk and would have had this sorted in no time.

I know many people would say otherwise about Gearbest, but this is just because you haven't been lucky:)
I buy things from them since last December and I'm completely satisfied.
My last purchase was M-Horse 5.5inch smartphone for my husband. And I got it only for 32! Euros all because of flexible discount system and great deal.
It was even posted from their EU stock, so it came quick and without paying import taxes.
I recommend them! Check them out!
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
