I have placed 5 orders with GearBest now, and have used their support services several times. I have always found service to be good, and communication timely.
There are 2 things I think a lot of people posting bad reviews forget:
1 - GearBest are based in China... They will take a while to respond to queries or problems, as they are likely in a different time-zone.
2 - GearBest are based in China... Items will take a while to ship if you use the free delivery option. If you want the item more quickly, use expedited shipping, or choose a local warehouse.
I've ordered it for my new Oukitel U10 (W**************). It was fast shipping and good quality. Excellent.
Site is full of very cheap gadgets. I like to buy it in. Very good service that solve all my problems.
I ordered several products to "try them out" and was both extremely impressed with some of the products while at the same time slightly disappointed with others. I ordered 6 items and was extremely impressed with 4 of them while only a little disappointed with the other two but with the price of the products it wasn't that much of a loss and the company offered to fix any problems that I had but with how cheap the items were that I ordered I didn't have much of a problem. Overall I give it 5 stars because of pricing, shipping speed, and customer service.
Only problem was the fizz saver (lacked flow) and the magnetic mud (super sticky unless left open for a day or 2)

I ordered an item from Gearbest.com on 10/26, received confirmation of payment/shipment, it is now 11/16 and still no product or a way to contact them for inquiry. The "contact us" link did no good I have sent them two request/inquiry for my item with no response. I did however receive an email telling me the item was shipped on 11/5 and still no item. If anyone has a phone number for this company please share it with me.
Ordered a $100 remote control car over a month ago for my son's birthday present, just finally received it today and it doesn't work! Only communication through email and they don't refund $, they just give you credit to their terrible website.

I found gearbest by lurking at budgetlightforum. I've done some small orders below $10 value.
Goods were as described and delivery time between 1-3 weeks as always with free shipping from China. Everything has always been ok and I trust them enough to get a smartphone through them.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
