I ordered my first G1W car DVR from Gearbest. Test it out on my first car. Works solid after a few months daily recording.
Then I ordered another car dvr for my wife's car and more from items from Gearbest.
One of the item has some small issue; I contact their customer service and get response quickly with three option for the solution. I choose to get refund to Gearbest wallet since I would like to order more from them.

Hello, I'm new to the Chinese Online Gadget Store's so I decided to place some small orders at different sites(under 50$ per site). I placed 3 orders at GearBest. The first one on Oct. 23 every item was stated to ship in 3 days. I eventually wrote a ticket after 12 days and they responded that they won't be in stock, so after 14 days I got refunded my $ to my GearBest Wallet. On Nov. 4th I ordered a KSD 25w Vamo Box, which was in stock and ships in 3 days. I wrote them a ticket on the 8th if it was going to ship soon and I was told that they needed 5 - 7 days to quality check it. It is now the 20th and its still processing. During this time I've received six orders from other Chinese online stores including ******* efest batteries and a charger for the vamo box.
So what I have learned from my experience is if u can wait months for what you order shop at GearBest if not shop somewhere else.
Was a bit dubious at first, bought some cheap stuff from GB and no problems but this was a bit more money. Ordered a Doogee F5 on pre-order, thinking I would be one of the first few to get it. But had to wait 6 weeks after release date, I think this was mainly down to Doogee not gearbest, but a bit of information would be nice from GB. Sent and email asking what was going on, nice concise replies, just a bit slow to actually reply. Would use again and recommend
I am recommend this shop to all my friends. Because it is thery rich store with more items. I am buy more xiaomi items. But it is oroginal items, I trust in products from this store
Thought I'd try gearbest because they had an item I have been wanting for a decent price. Only to find out they never had they product and can't get it. Tried calling and emailing several times just to be told that my item wasn't ready yet 2 weeks after order. Knowing now i would have gladly paid the 5 extra dollars to get it from a reputable store that delivers! Then they told me i could have in store credit or a refund but that would take 30 days and is out of there control. Bs. Don't shop with gearbest! I'll post another review when i finally get my money back. Really messed up a trip in taking to? Isn't it illegal to post and sell things you don't actually have?

After reading some of the reviews on here i can only assume I'm one of the lucky ones.
I've ordered a few items over the last few months from Gearbest (mostly ecig related) and had no problems at all with their service.
Delivery to the UK been around 6-7 business days and all items I've had have been authentic.

1. Costs:
Gearbest has unbeatable prices - the items I ordered were at about half the normal retail prices in germany, and no shipping costs added!

3. Support:
I wrote a aftersales support Ticket to find out which carrier would deliver my parcel, and received an answer within 12 hours which informed me about that in avery friendly way.
4. Ordering / Delivery:
I ordered an XCube 2 and a Nitecore Charger from gearbest's EU warehouse on 11/01/2015.
It arrived 11/04/2015. Considering that I ordered those items on a sunday, the delivery time was 3 working days - that's extremely fast! All packages in perfect state and nothing broken
5. Quality of products:
Both ordered items were flawless - genuine products, everything in perfect working order and nothing to complain.

Gearbest has after more than 2 months told me that they have not sent the goods! They were out of stock. SO they say that can pay me back 160 USD of the 203 USD!

They have lied for 2,5 months now. Her is short summary and what I see I am not alone.
My order was placed 2 september.
- Express delivery 7 days, took one month. I got two batteries instead of my products!
-Then the excused that the shipment was returned because of safety check.
-Then that they write they will send my products again
-Then that they will return all the money.
-Then trying to get more money for shipment! Another 80 USD.
-Then that they write again. That they will send my products.
-And today (11/19/2015) they say the reason why they did not sent the order because it is not available!
So a big warning for this company, because they can spend months of lying for you. Just so you do not get your products and get tired. I paid with Paypal, but it has been more than 4 weeks trying to get a refund from Paypal.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
