I am from Russian Federation. I heared a lot of very good reviews about this seller, so that I decided to make an order. It was 2 Baofeng UV82 radios, GPS tracker and bag (order W**************). My order was shipped is a few days. I take my order from the post offise by 23 days (thats because a long period on customs).
Every item was new, unopened, without any damages.
The quality of radious is better, then our shops are selling for the bigger price!
GPS Tracker works without any problems. A super thing to go with in a new places in the forest.
Quality of bag is the same that on foto and in description. Fabric is very cool and hard to burn. You can't accidentally make a hole by a cigarette, for example.

I recently bought a couple of chinese tech items from Gearbest.com. Their prices were by far the lowest on the Gearbest site, I did not have any problems with the shipping so i do not have much experience with their support crew. The two best things about Gearbest.com to me are: 1) They only sell original merchandise (no clones or fake devices) and 2) They have a loaded European werehouse which allows very fast shipping if you live in EU.

So I was looking to upgrade my old android phone, and started reading up on local forums what's a good deal these days. Caught a reference to gearbest shop there, so I want to check it and ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 32GB from their EU warehouse for a great price. That way there would be no problems with customs charging extra for the phone.
Afterwards I ordered a case and tempered glass for the phone, from the China warehouse. Lower value, so exempt from extra customs charges. While being two separate orders (W************** and WW**************) from different warehouses both packages arrived in less than two weeks, the phone first obviously.
The items came well packed and was able to track them with the info the store provided. Then even threw in a charger adapter for my local electricity outlet for free, which is a nice bonus!
The phone itself has been working great, and it's one of the best value mobile currently available, considering the price/hardware ratio. Was pleasantly surprised by the shop, in quality and speed of service.

I've seen some bad reviews for gearbest in sitejabber, but my orders are all coming through nicely.
Last one was a Xiaomi Yi Camera that was shipped immediately from a european warehouse, and i received it just 5 days later.
With more than 20 order, i had a non-show with one of them, and after contacting the, i got a full refund a few days later.
Excellent shop, a lot of stuff to buy, and great prices.
Gearbest have the best tech and non tech deals, I got a Mi band 2 for 10$! And a smartphone doogee Y100X for 49$! You do not find best deals knowing that you have a brand new product and shipped fast.

After a short amount of sulking when i awoken to the truth that i could not have everything, i settled for a kanged EVOD e cigarette priced at £10.92 which i was astonished by! £10 cheaper than anyone else! 16 Days later... ITS HERE!...(running about the house with excitement) i could not contain myself, i opened my neatly packaged parcel and out came this professional looking box. Ordered a mini PC. Voyo v2 with uk plug. Received the order in time however the plug missing. Now I have been trying to get the company send me the plug as priority but they are asking for more money. This is not acceptable behaviour by a large company who pride themselves on treating the customer in a fair manner.
I would say that think if you get the same item from your own Country but cost a little more then pay the extra.

After paying $200.00 for a drone, I finally received it and found missing parts. Rather than go thru the warranty crap, I just got back on the gearbest website and ordered the parts. Then, still haven't gotten them, I bought the missing parts at a hobbie store. Turned on the controller, and NOTHING happens. Now, going thru Paypal for a refund. They want me to ship it back to them in China. Thats $100! WTF? I know they have a usa address, but I can't find it. DAMN!
