I have bought a Xiaomi power bank.
Concerning the product itself, i have very little concern.
I have been using it for two weeks now and no issue observed.
It takes some time to fully charge but this is due to the fact that the capacity is quite large.
The discharge time is reasonable, am able to charge my phone, tablet and headset without any problem.
IT took some time to reach mauritius but that is due to the fact that it is a lithium battery, so needs more checks by post while transiting.
I have always had good experience when it comes to after sales service, they reply back to me with pertinent answer.

I ordered in the store MXIII-G. The Product was in stock and I sent it immediately after payment. The delivery was very quick. The quality of the product was very good. We as a family are now looking Android TV on your TV. On the website gearbest.com I will be ordering more!
I purchased phones 2 phones from Gearbest. The first phone I paid "express shipping" for extra $10. It was supposed to ship the same day, but did not ship until 2 weeks later. I received the phone 3 weeks later. The second phone I used free shipping method, and it took 4 weeks.
The second phone did not work at all out of the box. After trying multiple ways to update it, the manufacturer confirmed that Gearbest tempered with the phone, and installed an unofficial firmware loaded with Adware and junk software that could not be removed. Attempts to update it with official firmware all failed.
I've been going back and forth with Gearbest for 5 days now. They finally offered 3 solutions.
(1) Send it back to China from U.S. and pay for shipping, and they will try to fix it and send it back to me. Given that it took me 4 weeks to receive the phone, it just seemed like a really bad idea.
(2) They will give me $10 credit for this $177 non-working phone, to be used on Gearbest website.
(3) They will send me another phone for replacement, but want me to pay ANOTHER $150 for it, and I can keep the non-working phone.
Their website may state satisfaction guarantee, with 45 day money back. But they do not honor it at all. I posted poor reviews on their website. Not surprisingly, all the reviews were removed.
I would recommend to anyone who thought about buying from Gearbest to reconsider. The poor customer service, long shipping delay, and "unofficial" firmware they load on the phones makes for the worst online shopping experience.

My first order on Gearbest was on November 2015. I found it has the lowest prices of smartphones, tablets and all other gadgets shipped from inside EU I could find (from their EU warehouse in UK) to be sure that there aren't any custom surprises.
From November I have made more than 20 orders on Gearbest and it is now my favourite online store. I am very satisfied with all of my orders. It has the lowest prices I can find, the products are genuine, and shipping time is very good. Now, they have a special shipping method from China to Portugal that doesn't have any customs problems, it is normally free and the shipping time is less than 2 weeks. Any doubt/question had a reply from Gearbest support in less than 24 hours. Can't ask for more.
In my last order (Mini M8S Android TV Box - order W**************), I have got an amazing product at an unbelievable price, that took only 11 days to be in my house and without any issues with customs.
Most of my friends are also buying most of their products from Gearbest.
I will continue buying from Gearbest for sure, and since Gearbest is adding new products every day, I will be buying more from them and less from other stores.
Ordered a HDMI adapter and a borescope on September 11th that shipped on the 18th, 15-25 days. October 18th and nothing yet I contacted them, all nice and polite responses, but wait until November 18th. In the meantime check with the post office, gearbest didn't offer a tracking number, post office at least needs a customs declaration number. Round and round, nothing. November 18th comes and goes, I contact them again. No response. And again. No response. And again. No response. I try to message them on Facebook. Nothing. No products, no money, no response.

Oh, by the way, every good review you see is paid for by GearTerrible's gear coupons which by the way you have to write them about a thousand times to get. Then when you go to use them, they tell you that you can only use it on certain items.

I bought a camera action Xiaomi Yi, after looking at several stores, I decided to buy Gearbest first. I do not regret, fast shipping and product in perfect condition. Also I bought camera accessories and perfect for my camera.
You can also choose the country store from which you want to send you the product. In my case, I ordered the camera in Europe and accessories in China. Logically, the camera took less time to get the accessories.

Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
