I made an order on Oct 10. I got a free track number. It was updated Oct, 17. And it tracks until the arrival, Nov 4. Courier delivered a package to my house.

I lodged a query with gear best on Friday 27 November regarding my express shipment not being received in the advised timeframe (3-7 business days). I was advised that I would have a reply in 24hrs. My ticket number is: T*******565. I have checked this ticked every day since- NO REPLY FROM GEAR BEST. I paid for express shipping and the item has NOT ARRIVED! This is required for a gift this coming Saturday December 5th. I have tried to lodge a follow up ticket but the website will to allow me to. Absolutely disgusted with this situation! My order number is: WW**************. Where is my shipment? I have worked for dhl for 6 years-so I know a GREAT DEAL about international shipping!
I ordered twice@ Gearbest. My first order was a mini pc with Windows 10. The shipment was slow, but the product itself is great. The pictures attached show my old and new media pc :) GB was the cheapest I could find (by a mile!) and the machine came completely installed. So great service, great product, slow shipment. Ordered in stock item on nov 4th and payed extra for 1 week delivery from an European warehouse. Received a tracking number on nov 5th that turned out to false. No info up until now.
Contacted Gearbest on nov 17th and was told the item was shipped. On nov 19th they asked me to wait for a few more days. Didn t here from them again.

I bought a Bayangtoys quadcopter from this site. The goods arrived within 2 weeks and I immediately began to test it indoors. Within 5 minutes the item became defective. The remote controller would not pair with the quadcopter and it just emitted a high pitched screeching noise. I mailed the supplier Gearbest and opened a dispute ticket telling them what the problem was. They sent me a query which I attempted to answer and I attached a short video I had taken showing the problem. I attempted to send this more than 10 times but each time I got error messages saying the site was not available or the dispute ticket had been closed.! I have given the company money for an item which does not work.
Since writing this review the company have been in contact with me via mails which I have responded too. They are now offering me a refund of full money paid for the goods, provided I update this review.The company have now given me a full refund.

I ordered some batteries and some of them were faulty (order W**************). Gearbest refunded me immediately 50% of the price. They also gave me a possibility to get some new one for free and I just had to pay for the shipping.
An other time, my package ( order W**************) didn't arrive because post office services lost it.
Gearbest refunded it 100 % to me by good will although they were not responsible for the problem.

I've placed several orders with GearBest.com and so far I have been very happy with them. They have great products and amazing prices. I've ordered a few different electronic cigarette items from them and have always been satisfied with my orders.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
