I placed an order on 11/24/2015 for $300.00, I checked to see the status of my order and it states its still processing. I have opened a few tickets since the 27th and have not had any reply. Do not buy from them, they steal your money and do not answer any tickets you open. I have read horror stories online. I believe this is a fraudulent company, I have reported them to paypall and my bank.

I was very surprised of this site. I found it a month ago and I made several orders since then.
Every time the shipping was fast and the delivery was clear and fast.

This order I made from EU site. I received it in 5 days and it was delivered by a courier to my door.
I hardly recommend purchase on that site.
This is a grate site.

The Nova Core Quad Copter, is hard core, seriously this thing you get a lot of bang for your buck. For $19 you can have just as much aerial fun as someone who paid $100 for a quad copter. No kidding, I hate to sound like an advertisement for them, but however I am just being truthful. Its built nice all the major internal components are protected it comes with built in prop guard. It's just a little hobby of mine. Flying stuff, because I cant lmbo,, seriously if you have a child or spouse into this thing get for them they will thank you and so will your pockets.

I am very satisfied with this online shop. Very good value for money. I ordered more than 30 items there and it was good all the time. Good prices, good customer support, relatively fast shipping to Europe (from 2 to 4 weeks). Payment is easy with Paypal. You receive what you order, description of goods is pretty accurate.

Even though the prices are low, the quality of the products is good. They have got a lot of reviews for almost every single product they sell, so you can read other customer's reviews before buying and decide for yourself is it worth buying or not.
They have a European warehouse with fast shipping which is very comfortable if you are from Europe and you don't have to pay custom taxes.

After about all my friends buy many gadgets in gearbest.com I try to make my first order in gearbest.com too. So in my order number W************** which I make in 26 october 2015 I was order USB accesory from Xiaomi brand. And Gearbest.com send me really genuine and original items. Not fake like from enother china shops. Shipping time was about 2 week only (less then 2 week) After first order come I make several new orders and now awaiting them. Very good prices for Xiaomi staff!

I ordered Christmas gifts tried to upgrade shipping could not, emailed to see if I could no response 3 times. Tried to order more items this time standard shipping was 3 times my re than order tried to change option could not. Ask for online help for the past 2 days too busy emailed no response. Tried to order again this time could not check out cause needed to choose shipping option but no options to pick, emailed company again no response.

I have ordered an action cam from this store. Order No. W**************. The contact with seller was great, they quick answer for all my questions. Shipping was fast, and packaged carefully. I bought a phone on Oct 26,2015 from EU Warehouse ( order nr. WW**************). It arrived two weeks later directly to my door in Romania. I was very pleased as it was cheaper in the EU Warehouse than in China Warehouse, and I did not pay VAT in Romania. The phone works perfectly

Another pleasant experience was the 6th order on Nov 26,2015. After I ordered a few things, I realized the next day that I was not paying attention to specifications. I went quickly on chat (is faster than email) and asked for refund. Without asking me a question, the operator said: "ok, refunded ". The next second I received mail from PayPal with money back. I was lucky that was not shipped my order.

I've been using other chinese websites, until I found GearBest. Their product range is so diverse, and the prices are very low. The entire website is quite easy to navigate, and the product descriptions are generally very complete.
If you choose free shipping (when available), it will take longer, but that's expected. If you want something fast, you can pay for faster delivery, or check if they have that product in the nearest wharehouse (where you are also free from unexpected customs charges, like I am in Europe). Still, my order arrived sooner than I was expecting (from other websites, I had to wait 4+ weeks... my order arrived in 3 weeks - quite fast, for free shipping from China!

All the products came safety, the shipping was fast, I like the way that they put a photo of the package when they send it, the shipping cost is very low i like that too!

Already ordered a couple of electronic devices, a Xiaomi powerbank and QCY QY7 wireless earphones, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Lowest prices I've seen and no shipping cost to Spain, Gearbest has become my page of reference when looking for cheap electronics.
