My nickname at GearBest.com is Jamyan. On october, 28 I ordered Joyetech eVic VTC Mini 60W TC Box Mod (order nomber W**************). In 2 days my order was shiped out from the chinese warehouse, and I could receive it at the post office here in Russia on november, 16. It was pleasant that the delivery was free and the delivery time was not too long. The pacel arrived safe, without any damage. The device is realy original and its authenticity has been proved by the test in the Joyetech website. To my mind eVic VTC Mini is the best one-battery mod on sale now. It has no cons.
I ordered on 26th Nov. Even after 7 days my order is still in processing. First they take money from customer's account and then they ask the customer to prove that the customer is not a fraud. WOW! That's crazy. Fine, I proved I am not a fraud. I sent the details you asked me to, now what. When I raised a ticket about my order they told me "Now we have arranged your shipment already and can ship it to you in 3-5 days". But even after 2 days still the order is "processing". No dispatch details received.
Bull$#*!. Worst part they have a live chat service for pre-sales but if u have any issues after purchasing you raise a ticket and they will reply within 24 hrs. It like pre-sales they resolve all the issues, post-sales once the money is in they don't care.

I ordered action camera and accessories. Finally dispatched the order. But the best part is they dispatched only accessories, camera is yet to be dispatched.
Poor Customer Relations
I ordered a phone on 17th November last (Order no. WW**************). The Gearbest website showed stock and offered 2 colours. I chose blue and placed the order paying with Paypal. I checked the order on line a few days later expecting a dispatch date but only "processing" shown. I opened a ticket (T*******170) with Gearbest and asked about delivery and received a response from somebody called Marva who informed me that the item was no longer in stock and offered 3 options: wait for restock(7-14 days), choose alternative or take credit (no refund offered). I replied and explained that the phone was a Christmas present and therefore was worried that if I waited for restocking the phone would arrive too late for Christmas and therefore asked for a recommended alternative phone. Gearbest responded the following day with a web link showing several alternatives that was fine. I replied and asked for one of the alternatives to be dispatched as soon as possible. All was ok so far but since my last reply I have heard nothing from Gearbest and my order is still showing as "processing". I have since sent several messages to Gearbest but had no response whatsoever. It appears my only course of action is to make a claim through Paypal for a refund. This experience has been very disappointing and makes me think twice about ordering direct from China again which is a shame as I have ordered from other Chinese Companies in the past without problems. I will update this review if there are further developements.

I ordered a TV box on Gearbest.com after reading good reviews of the site. Order was made on 29 Nov but after 5 days, the status is still shown as processing. Tried to email their support by creating a ticket on their portal. After 2 days, still no response from support.
There is absolutely no communication at all from the site. You don't know if your order is being processed or when your item will ship. You cannot get to speak to anyone because no phone number is listed on their site. There is no option to refund or cancel order in situation like this and you are stuck wondering if this site is legit and if you've been cheated of your money.

Gearbest has been a great experience for me and a revelation in terms of online shopping, great customer service when i had problems making an order, And as for the quality of the product... excellent and well packaged, delivery is also very fast, even the free shipping :)
I ordered a phone and some accessories with no shipping notice after 2 days then i opened a ticket to complain to which they replied that some items i ordered were not available while giving me a couple of options of which i made a choice but they have never replied me again since then. Everything was ok. Good prices, good packaging. Shipping is`n so fast as I want but still good. In my first order they have some delay, but other orders was fast as lighting.

Easy to handle. Refill process is easy. Dolphin works fine, produces a lot of steam (PG55, VG35, H2o10) It is better to use flavours with VG less than 50%.

Ordered two units, one arrived DOA, 10+ days later one still hasn't arrived even though they show to be shipped on the same day. I opened a ticket on the 2nd day that I had the DOA unit.
After I opened a ticket about the DOA and missing unit, they requested pictures of the DOA unit, so I sent pictures, after that they told me to wait. I have sent in a request for an RMA and update for the past 4 days but so far no response. Starting to doubt I'll ever see the second unit and probably stuck with this DOA unit. I guess I'm out of $300, thanks guys.
New update: 12/3/2015 - They finally responded after this post. They asked for my tracking number of the item, which I responded in their ticket system, then they asked for it again...? So I did. For the DOA unit, they will not send me an RMA number, instead they asked me to take it to a local cable shop for a cable inspection. I responded to which cable are they referring to, because the unit shows a power light when plugged in, but nothing on the screen, their response is "For the DOA, we are also waiting for our colleague's answer" WTF? Poor customer service!

It seems to happen to Gearbest all the time: people love or hate it nothing in between.
I had some bad experiences as well, got some store credit for that and decided to try it one more time with them. I ordered a USB microscope, got $5 off for my previous encountered troubles.
It arrived within a week! And works perfectly.
Dont know what to say about them, it seems to either go very good or very bad with them.

I am very satisfied with the cell phone I bought. I ordered presale product. Dispatch was fast, same day when product went out on market. Shipment via DHL was fast but quite messy in my country. They asked for lot of things. I received the cell phone I ordered in about 7 business days.
I did order a vaping device with accessories and the price was greate, my order arrived fast and all the stuff were original and with greate quality.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
