It will be three years this Christmas since I became a regular customer at the Gearbest. I won't advertise any products here, but one thing I want to share is about customer support. They answered (in my case at least) all tickets I posted to them. And they all was resolved in my favour. Last issue was with the smartphone I bought... It appeared at the end the lead from battery was broken and I had to replace it. So I got 20USD from Gearbest as compensation, instead of shipping to China etc. So I'm happy!
Very hard to get a response. Item ordered and after several emails to find out my order status, i finally received an email stating item is discontinued, please find something of equal value. I have now demanded a full refund, so we'll see how this turns out. My advice before using this company is to read the reviews, I read them after I had ordered.
These people are a joke, order phone and paid premium postage, six days and phone has not been sent, premium postage states delivery 4-7 days. Now they want me to close my paypal claim and they will send it within 5 days.

Good shop, very happy with my purchase. Fast shipping. The film quality, fingerprints almost do not appear. My girlfriend happy. She had even once dropped the phone, the film saved the screen, leaving only a couple of scratches. Thank gearbest!

I have bought 12 items over a period of 12 months and found the quality is good like their service.
Sometimes it takes a while to ship out to NZ but that is to be expected as I don't pay the extra for premium freight.
I have had a couple of problems but they sorted it out quickly to my satisfaction.
Two refunds actioned quickly and without fuss,. One canceled by me and one that they couldn't supply immediately and I couldn't wait for a back order.
Fun interesting website.
They make everyone think they are a American business, but they are out of china. So if you buy you wait months and pour quality products.

Hello, they have many issues as poor support, and many many lies. I order and pay this smartphone in stock (7 left) and now they say to me to wait 2 weeks to stock the product.:(
Finally they successful refund my money to paypal with no problems.

I ordered 7 days ago, order says processing. Finally got a response "out of stock will fill order in 7- 14 days" but their site says in stock. So I cancelled the order
Also their site says "Free shipping on all items" not true, some items have shipping costs.

After sales service fast and competent. They respond in a day and try to fix the problem. The items for sale are presented in full with photos and video. Prices are low and often there are many offers. I am very satisfied!
I have been shopping online extensively for as long as I can remember. IMHO, gearbest has to be the worst company I have EVER used.
I bought a high end ZTE phone from them that had 34 units still in stock and said ships in 2-3 days. A week later my order was still in processing status.
So I raised a ticket with them (first sign of a bad company: there is no phone number to contact them). The automated response said that they will respond in 24 hours. Three days later I am yet to hear back from them!
That's 10+ days I have had to manage without a phone with no hope that I am getting my new ZTE anytime soon.
So they have failed to be responsive and provide good customer service three times on this one transaction! I cannot accept that it's just a one off glitch. I am pretty sure all those 5 star reviews are fake for this company and I hope this site reviews them.
Stay away from this company - they are horrible.

I had placed an order over a week ago with gearbest.com and paid via PayPal. I received a receipt from PayPal, but no order confirmation email with an order number from GearBest, no updates, no shipment or tracking information. I'm in limbo.
As if that weren't enough, I have called 3 times on the number listed on their Facebook page and left two voicemails. I have asked for a ticket update on their site. I have sent two messages on their Facebook page with a screenshot of my PayPal payment asking them nicely to call or email me back. I still haven't gotten the courtesy of an email or phone call back after all that I have done and have been waiting for some form of communication for over 11 days.
In no way, shape or form do I recommend shopping on gearbest.com. Their level of professionalism is lower than low and their communication is less than lacking.
To this day, I have no clue what the status is on my order and I am hoping to receive my product in time for the holidays.

I´m a user of ecigs (from Germany). I have bought the box "cloupor mini". Very fast shipment and the box is very good in quality. After one year, it works like the first day. I have a lot of pleasure with this box.
My order has been processing for about 3 days now and I have tried to ask the support about the status of my order and when it will be shipped out. They have not responded to any of my tickets. I am disappointed that it has taken this long for the order just to even be proccessed. The only good thing I got from the site was the price for the product I wanted to order everything is pretty bad like the useless customer service. I haven't even got any tracking infomation if I will even get it... The item that I ordered is in stock and it should not take this long just to finish processing the order it self. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 smartphone (Order No. WP**************) in their China warehouse. I choose standard shipment to avoid customs rates. They shipped it fast via Spain Express, in less than two weeks I had it in Spain. The phone is great.
Pros: Ship via Spain Express; Good prices. You can pay with Paypal.
Cons: None.
I have bought some accesories too and all is OK.
Have received items from Gearbest within the estimated time they quote.
All items i have purchased and i have received several items now from GB. And can not find fault with any.

1. They never indicated the items I was about to purchase was on back-order.
2. They gave me option to either choose other items, or get a STORE CREDIT refund. (what the hell)
3. I asked them if certain other items were available, and I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.
4. It has been >2 weeks and 2 of my most expensive items are still yet to be shipped; THEY STARTED IGNORING MY INQUIRIES; and the items they have sent are still in CHINA!
4. I left a negative rating on trustpilot, and now they want to know the order number.
= Use alibaba, aliexpress, banggoods whatever website you'd like, but not gearbest.
It was my first order, and I had great hopes for this company, because I order a lot from China.
However, this is the first Chinese website to scam me like this. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
I will do my best to inform others of my horrific experience from these people.

They are still refusing to give me my money back nor ship the items I ordered. What they told me is hilarious. "Wait longer since the items that are shipped already are useless without the unshipped item." Are you kidding me? I am writing this review since I'm new to this website and I wanted to help people see the quality of it. So i ordered my 4 items Monday, November 30th 2015 at 9:20 pm eastern time. I chose expedited shipping hopping to get my order in 4-7 business days like the website promised. I even paid this shipping since i thought it was worth it. But wait, there a catch. Your order apparently will arrive in 4-7 business days starting from when the orders is dispatched which takes 3-5 business days to process apparently. So technically, even if you chose the fastest shipping(4-7 days) who will only receive it in 7-12 business days. Currently, as of now, today is the 4th day it is processing. I'll keep to see if they respect there times. I'll update this post frequently. But right now I'm pissed with the lies they told us. Cause if you order something on Amazon and it says: 2 days delivery, the items will be delivered in literally 2 days. Anyways thats one thing. Another thing that isn't true is on each item i ordered it said 3-5 business days with Free shipping. When i come to checkout, it doesn't say that anymore. Free shipping is 10-25 days. Which is lies. So i decided to choose and pay for 4-7 days shipping which isn't 100% true cause it doesn't count the 3-5 days processing. Anyways ill keep this post update to let future clients know if they actually will dispatched the items before midnight on Friday or latest very early on Monday.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement.
