I ordered a balance wheel on nov6/15. Was told 3-5 business days to be shipped out. After about the 7th business day i asked whats going on. They said because their big sale 11/11 sale (which was 5 days after i placed my order) they ran out of stock and asked if i can wait another 7-10 business days. So i waited 11 and again asked why hasnt it shipped. They asked if i cam wait another week. So now it is over a month since i ordered and still not even shipped yet. Nevermind the month it will take to get here. Now they take forever to answer my tickets too
I also made another order for some small things to get expedited shipped to see if it was just that one item or the site. So i paid extra to get it shipped quicker. That was nov 24 and suppose to be 3-5 business days to get shipped out and that order hasnt even been shipped out. So both orders are still being processed

I ordered a product a while ago and it is still processing. I have sent several tickets, to which none have been answered. They have taken the money and I can not get a hold of anyone. The internet call service, for me, does not exist. No phone number or direct email. This is a bad company and will take your money and give you no product in return. Very disappointing.

Wrong stock information!
I see on page the order ships within ''1-2 business days'' and ''in stock'' This is a lie. I am waiting 6 business days and order status still say ''processing''! And Live Chat is not working!

I bought the Yi Ant camera but was not able to get it to connect. It appears that it might not be compatible with my D-Link range extender (a new model.) I opened a ticket and stated my case, asking to be able to return it for a refund. Support responded by asking that I try resetting my router and also the camera and try again. I wrote back the next day to say that I was not successful and again asked to be able to return it for a refund. They said no problem, wanted to confirm my address, but then stated that it would only be for store credit! I let them know that my address had not changed in the couple of days since the camera arrived and that I was hugely dissapointed in the idea of store credit. I went on to say that I would be letting others know of their short-sighted return policy. At that point they stopped communicating with me and so here I am with a camera that I can't use AND no store credit!

Since writing this review I have been contacted by Gearbest and offered a refund to my credit card. Thanks to SiteJabber!

I ordered three items in August. At the end of September, I wrote their customer support, with no reply. After the third attempt, I was told that there would be no refunds or replacements until after 60 days had passed (despite the 4 - 10 day shipping estimate).
When, after 2 months, I had still not received my items, I was told that I could have $10 of my $25 purchase back, but that they did not take responsibility for shipping.
Think of that: an internet retailer that doesn't take responsibility for delivery: it's a business model that is guaranteed to turn a profit.

I have sent 2 tickets in looking for my item ordered Nov 19 today is Dec 6 still no item... 1st reply was lame same copy of tracking ticket I had "Undefined" was all it said. 2nd inquiry had gone ignored now for 4 days! Going to try to get my money back Monday!

I wrote a not so great review a few weeks back on this company. This new review is to conclude my experience.
Ordered a product. It was shipped within 3 days (great!). Its now been 3 monthes. Ive check with postal services, the know nothing. Gear Best Support after multiple tickets told me its now my problem. Finally after many more tickets, they told me the product was actually out of stock and never shipped. They offered a refund, however didnt credit it back to my card! Just gave store credit for less than I orginally paid.
I consider my payment to Gear Best a donation to the worst company on the internet at this point.
Bottom line using their service is a mistake. Pay for something, be lied to about its shipment, wait months, be offered store credit (at a fraction of what my initial payment was)

Hate to say this but any positive reviews are fake and generated by an automated bot. I've scrolled back a little and noticed that some of the positive reviews repeat themselves! I have ordered a smart watch a few days ago, no response from gearbest. Classic scam. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews before purchasing... STAY AWAY from this seller!

Avoid this "shop" if you don't want to loose your time:
2015-11-22 ordered two items and paid in full. In both items pages they say "Dispatch: Ships within 3-5 business days"
2015-11-29 7 days later - nothing happened - when I checked the order status it says "processing", so I sent ticket to them asking what's going on with my order
2015-12-05 almost 2 weeks after placing order - the order status is still "processing" - the ticket is still without any answer.
Update: after a lot of tries and promises I received finally the refund.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better
