Phone doesn't work. I ordered a product over a week ago and it still isn't back yet they quoted 3 to 5 business days for delivery no tracking number no response from Customer Service no ticket number just nothing can get a hold of anyone over there can't get this you submitted in their online ticket request.
I ordered a windscreen videocamera from GearBest and when I eventually got it the power cord was broken beyond use. I contacted the customer service, by email, explaining my problem and was sent a link to send them photos of the item. When I attempted to open the link it said that the link was not active. I again contacted customer service explaining the link problem as I needed to send in the photos to get a replacement power cord sent but heard nothing. I have sent 2 further requests for help and heard nothing from GearBest. Very quick to take the money but not willing to do any customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back as they have done nothing to correct this problem and so the videocamera is useless.
I am convinced that any good reviews about GearBest are scams and generated by the company itself.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a OnePlusX phone and it was delivered within promised time. Also they send the picture of the package after shipping. The tracking provided was reliable and the product received in perfect condition. I was worried as I was ordering a Phone first time from China but it turned out to be excellent in the end.
I ordered a watch in November, was charged for it but never received the product. How do they get away with this? Do not order from this company! I am contacting the better business Bureau. This is ridiculous

This was my fourth order (W**************) w/ Gearbest. I felt confident enough after my first to order from them several times. This was no exception - my order was processed quickly and I was satisfied w/ the shipping time and products. Nice to experience good value.

First order was Xiaomi Yi camera, and it arrived after reasonable time. That order had a tracking#. The last 2 orders were smaller low cost orders, one from August, and one from September. Neither had a tracking# and neither ever arrived. After being told to wait 60 days, I advised them that the August order never made it. Was offered to resend the item or refund in my GB wallet. After originally agreeing to resend, I quickly advised them I'd rather get the refund. No response. Then the 60 days wait for the second order expired and I advised them to also add that refund to my GB wallet. No response. That was Nov 15th. Today I updated the ticket again, asking for a refund within 48 hrs or I would open a Paypal dispute for both orders. No response.

Ticket: T*******956 (still "processing" with no response since 11/15)
If you are reading this, you need to address the issue immediately or I will open a Paypal dispute tomorrow.

Great... after being told that "we will apply for a full refund" for my second order, I did not receive a full refund. All I got was a partial refund in my "GB Wallet"... I've wasted an inordinate amount of time updating "tickets", most of the time without responses, and this is what I get for that wasted time and not receiving an order...
IIf you want to keep customers, that's not the way to do business...

I see you have replied to some of the negative comments on this site. So since you haven't responded to my service ticket, here is your chance to respond to my feedback. I placed, and paid, for an order back on 11/27. Order #WP**************. The order promised shipment within 2-3 business days. I started a service ticket 1 week later on 12/5. Ticket #T*******773. Still need to know when, and if, my order will ship.
*** Since writing this review I submitted a dispute through Paypal. Gearbest responded to my service ticket, and offered an exchange for a similar item or store credit due to my product being on back order. There was no indication on the website during, or after, the ordering process that notified me that the product was back ordered. I responded through the Gearbest service ticket and the paypal dispute requesting a full refund via paypal. I believe the opened dispute through paypal assisted with a quick turnaround of my refund. I have increased my star rating to 3 stars now only because they refunded my ticket quickly. I honestly believe that this would not have happened if I had not initiated communication and followed up with the paypal dispute. Be very careful ordering from this company...

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
