Bought at a very cheap price. Quickly received only 25 days. About the product: ordered Xiaomi power bank ******* mAh silver color. Me Liked a little more convenient and perfectly working. Charges my iPhone 5 about 5 times. Included was very good quality USB cable and booklet in English.And basically I still satisfies. Take it with me everywhere and at work and at leisure. I bought phone with cyber friday sale coupon. I start to pay and it says it will be 80 eur for me in cart and on paypal when i was finishing my order. I bought this then i saw the price was changed to 200 eur. HOW? And why it was 200 eur when the phone original cost was 170 eur. I Know this was limited order amount. I opened a ticket, where i was trying to find compromise but it closed to me. I would be happy when they compensate me 40 eur only.

I ordered over $200 worth of products on November 24th. I paid for expedited shipping and have only received 1 item out of 10 ordered. My packing slip that came with the very damaged box said I had 2 items in it, but there was only one. These were all Christmas gifts and it looks like I will have to go and buy them somewhere else. This ordered was placed on November 27,2015 I have yet to receive any information regarding the shipment of this order. The website never allowed me to select where I wanted my order to ship from and it appears to be coming from China. In one area of the website it states it is out of stock and in another it states it is available out of the USA warehouse. It still shows processing but my money has been taken for payment. When I tried to call *******925 the customer service number provided on website I either get hung up on or no answer then stays either blank or busy signal after a few rings. I have placed ticket requests with no responses as of yet! As of today 12/9/15 I have and will continue to check for updates with no luck. I will continue to provide updates through reviews until this matter is resolved.

Gearbest is good website for shopping from China. You can get detail information about each product and see comments, videos and photos attached by customers.
As for packing and send parcel, I can mark the service with 5 stars, because this is well done and arrives faster and shipping is free.
The most important is that they answer any question faster. I am very satisfied with this website and I advise you to use this as well. Jaba ;)

Where is my item that you keep telling me to wait for? You gave a fake tracking number for a fake shipping company! It's for my sons Christmas present! Paid over $400 and keep getting the run around. Gearbest is a very good site! I was a bit septic at first because of the prices of the products that are very low and free shipped... First, there have been quite a few gadget hobby shopping websites, basically located in China. Gearbest is definitely one of the best among what I've dealt with. So, far I can say I'm satisfied with ~95% of the stuff from them. The remaining 5% are just okay. And I did wrote email asking for support and DOF warranty. They would normally respond in 2~3 days, still acceptable I guess. And if you are a hobby collector like me, you'll definitely find out Gearbest can always give the best offer. Overall, I do recommend people start buying some small stuff from Gearbest and see if they can offer you what you want.

I placed, and paid, for an order back on 11/30. Order #WW**************. The order promised shipment within 3-5 business days. I started a service ticket 5 business days later on 12/4. Ticket #T*******700. Repeatedly asked on 12/7. No response. Still need to know when my order will ship.

I ordered and e-cigarete starter kit + replacement coils. So it went out in like two orders. I paid for everything and was waiting for a despatch. Few days later, they messaged me that they can not ship e-cigarete starter kit, because they have some problems, so they refunded me. But what should I do with those coils then? They dont want to refund me in full. I have to keep the item, because of their fault.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
