Ordered on November 30, Shipping within 5 days, yesterday they write that it still takes 10-15 days for shipping!

I ordered items 1,5 months from now. I ordered 7 items. 2 of them arrived. When I asked when the other items should arrive, I got the answer that they were sold out and that I could shoose for other items. I did, but now, they do not respond to tickets T*******734 and T*******126 of order number W**************. So they are not trustworthy. Buying by gearbest is not at all a good idea, I lost 70 euro!
Products are junk and customer service is awful. Stay clear

I've ordered charger from Gearbest.com and I've been pleasantly surprised by the product and prices. The descriptions are accurate and shipping has been within the timelines given. I'm very satisfied. I have already recommended this site to several friends who have placed orders already
I bought a cell phone off GearBest during a Thanksgiving sale for about to $150, I even paid extra for Expedited Shipping. After waiting for 5 days for the phone to be shipped, I finally sent in a ticket to inquire about why they still hadn't shipped it yet. They then gave me a line about not having the phone in stock, which I now know was utter BS. And the fact that they waited for me to ask first about the shipping progress before telling me that they were out of stock should have been a giant clue. Reputable sellers would let a customer know if an item they purchased was out of stock rather than keep the customer in limbo. GearBest said they didn't have the phone in stock, but they would in 7-15 business days, so they asked me to either wait, change the item, or ask for a refund. Yet when I went to the main page of the phone, it showed that it was out of stock in the US and EU warehouses, but in stock at the HK warehouse. Which is the warehouse I bought the phone from. I sent in another ticket after waiting for 9 extra days and asked if the phone was in stock yet. They promptly ignored my ticket for 2 days. Then I sent another message on the same ticket asking for a refund, which they also ignored. Luckily, I had the presence of mind to pay for the phone through PayPal and I have opened a case against them to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM GEARBEST. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER ON ANY PURCHASES OVER $5.
Update - 12/11/15
Amazingly, only a day after filing a case against GearBest through PayPal, they responded to my previously ignored tickets. What a shocker, GearBest has now started processing my refund.

So far they have yet to ship my product that I bought for my son. I ordered it on Nov 25,2015. They charged me immediately on my card. As of Dec 9, they have yet to ship. 2 weeks later and counting.
Called phone number and that seems suspicious, got an answering machine? Called an additional phone number and got a steady busy signal which is odd too. Starting to wonder if this whole site is legit or not?
The good reviews may be bogus and they equal out with the bad reviews if you look closely. So maybe every bad review causes their PR person to write a fake good one.
I will repost if anything changes. Currently I would pay the higher prices elsewhere bc this place seems to be the cliche'... TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
Worst service, no replies, debit bank account quickly, no order even distributed. Seems like a scam.

Bought a phone from Gear Best, says on website product will be shipped out in 3 days... It took 9, but I'm happy to say my product has been shipped ( even sent a picture showing the product wrapped up etc), and now have to wait. All in all ( I have short patience) it was reasonably quick. Did not reply to my first email but emailed me back on the same day as my second ticket and explained why it took longer than usual. So all in all, I'm happy with the website and customer service! Will most likely but from again, just will need patience haha. Cheers GearBest.
The only thing my two boys asked for this Christmas was a hoverboard. I ordered two on Nov 26th and it says ships within 3 business days. It has been well over 3 business days and I contacted them via ticket system because calling by phone is useless. They responded back basically saying to check the website for shipment dates on the items and I replied with what the site says and I haven't received a response back. This is absolutely horrible payment has been taking and hover boards have not been sent yet looks like my boys will be pretty upset Christmas morning and this just breaks my heart!

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
