Gearbest offers items that they don't even stock, for less than it can be had anywhere else. When their supplier falls down on the order, they ask that you select another item, which will NOT be discounted, and you must pay any difference. If that doesn't make you happy, they offer you an in store credit. This is bait and switch at its worst. We have LAWS against this kind of thing in America, but you have no such protection buying from China. IF you press them very hard, they will finally offer you a refund. Great. Black Friday has come and gone, and NO WAY can I get the item I am looking for, at the prices it was available for everywhere. Shipping times are HORRENDOUS as well. Best to AVOID this place, it is a bit of a scam.

Hi! This is very good shop with good actions and coupons on a discount. Wide choice of goods I was interested in production of Xiaomi, which at the most favorable prices there, everything came quickly and in high quality. Fast support of one goods wasn't available but quickly returned me money with additional points for a discount.

I purchased this item MXIII - G TV Box 4K x 2K H. 265 Decoding on 11-29-2015. They took payment from my account and still to this day the status shows processing. Then when I look up the item it all of sudden it says out of stock. I tried submitting a service ticket to see whats going on I still havent recieved a reply. And there is no # you can call. I really feel like this site scamed me for my bucks

Gearbest, I see you have replied to some of the negative comments on this site. So since you haven't responded to my service ticket, here is your chance to respond to my feedback. I placed, and paid, for an order back on 12/01. Order #W**************. The order promised shipment within 3-5 business days. I started a service ticket 3 business days later on 12/3, because you never say when are my shipping date. Ticket #T*******110. Repeatedly asked on 12/7. No response. Please I need a response from yours this Item is the only gift for Christmas and birthday boy and Still need to know when my order will ship.
I had bought a endoscope camera for my android phone back in September 16,2015. I still haven't gotten my order and I can't even submit a ticket to resolve this matter. I ordered the Chuwi Vi10 for $130 and added expedited for a $5-10 fee. The shipping was supposed to be here I ordered on (December) 12/7/2015 and it was estimated to be delivered in 3-5 days. It is now (Dec)12/11/2015. It should be here today or tomorrow but instead it is still saying processing and not dispatched. But it should be here so it should be dispatched. I checked the website and they re-labeled my shipping option to standard and then gave me no extra information. This is a gift that I need to give my friend very soon and this is the only time I can get it to them, so that's why I bought the extra priced shipping with the shorter date. I already sent in a ticket and have no idea, based on their reviews of their support plan, that I will ever get a response or my item.

Terrible experience! Received $229 tablet (Teclast x98 Pro) that worked horribly. Constantly lagged, froze up and could even restart it. Contacted Gearbest immediately, made several attempts to contact and received this reply after three weeks (11/23/2015 04:55:07 UTC)...

Why would I want to give you 80% of the price for another of the same product that is not working. Not impressed with your customer service at all!

I have ordered many items from Gearbest and have always been satisfied with their service.
I found that they have a nice assortment of products in their US warehouse which = fast shipping!
I have also ordered items through their china warehouse and the shipping time was pretty reasonable and shipping is always FREE!

I was looking for a new transmitter for my 250 dron, and after settling for a certain model I decided to order it from Gearbest since they sold it for the lowest price I could find (I checked a lot of resellers from China). I registered an account and put the order up, immediately paying for it through PayPal. On my profile page I could see that my order status changed into Payment verified right away, and the day after the package was already shipped out. I didn't have problems with parcel tracking. Tracking worked and package arrived one week after my payment. The transmitter was safely packaged and worked without any issues. I had the quick experience with the customer support and it was very positive. I got answer very quickly (in 4 hours) and there was no language barrier. So, in overall I was left with very good experience with Gearbest. I can safely recommend the company to everyone.
Ordered original Xiaomi Yi and received it rather quick (it takes about month to arrive to my country with all packages). Device is original (checked at Xiaomi website www.mi.com), works very well, and I'm very satisfied. It is the lowest price I've found.
Using it for 6 month now and have no problems, only pleasure!
Shipped was with tracking number, but I didn't ask for that. So I was able to track my package in China and later in my country. This is very comfortable and I'm not afraid to be cheated.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
