I ordered Voyo V2 TV box from Gearbest (order#WW**************). The price was really good- much lower than other sites, and shipping was free. I've had very good support and information about the parcel from their Customer Service and there was tracking number. I received the item carefully packaged and it was as described. Overall I am very satisfied with Gearbest. I will definately buy from them again.
I bought Skilhunt H02 and Miller ML - 102 V9.0 (In order W**************). There was not first order - all was received many flashlights w/o problems, except one (due Chinapost problem). This order was sent again and received later.
Ordered various items as stocking fillers on 27th November. Was a bit confused by the website so wasn't sure where items were coming from and didn't know if they would come separately or in one parcel. Anyway, at such low prices I decided to proceed. Got an email confirming my order, a couple of days later I received an email saying that the items had been shipped with a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number in the China post website, it wasn't recognised, same on Netherlands Post. At this point I thought i had been scammed. About a week ago I raised a ticket with them asking when I would likely receive the goods. Customer service responded within 12 hours assuring me my items were on the way but they weren't trackable and that delivery could take up to 40 days. At this point, I had lost hope of receiving the items in time for Christmas so put it down to experience. Sounds quite negative so far doesn't it but hey, imagine my delight when the parcel arrived today! The items are exactly as described, were well packaged and amazing value for money, I'm delighted. 17 days from order to delivery, yes they have come from China so I'm ok with that timeframe, postage costs were pennies so what more could I expect? This site is genuine and excellent value for money but you will have to wait a while for delivery so order in plenty of time
I discovered this online shop earlier on this year and have already bought several items since, because their prices are really low and, so far, I have no complaints whatsoever about their whole service. My last gadget I bought with them was a smartwatch Zeblaze Rover (Order Nr. W**************), which I ordered at their EU warehouse on Nov. 06 (with free shipping) and received quite soon already on Nov. 09. Apart from receiving my item in only 3 days (which was faster than promised), I must also add that the packaging was excellent. I didn't need any help from their support on this occasion. But I do remember that when I submitted a question with respect to the shipping procedure, when I boutght my first item at GearBest some months ago, I received a reply within hours. As to the smartwatch itself, I can confirm that it was exactly as stated on the site. It has working perfectly fine ever since I received it and it's configuration was quite easy. In short: a big "thumbs up" from a repeating and satisfied customer!

It was not my first order from an e-shop, I ordered some items from them with my order #WW************** and received it in the estimated delivery time. Packaging OK. Perfect !
Then I placed a second one #W************** and there was a problem because some of the items ordered were no more in stock and I was informed that it would be shipped in 15days more. I felt upset about it but the matter was quickly solved by the Customer Service (allowed the differences of time from Italy) arranging a prompt refund of the missing items and a discount on the already shipped one.
Problems can happen everywhere ! But I found that they have an attitude in trying to identify themselves with the customer and want us to feel comfortable and satisfied.
For any doubt about the requested items is probably better to contact them before placing the order.
I have already suggested their e-shop to some of my friends, not for the many items they have, but for the quick solving of my second order problem.

Do not trust the web site " will be shipped in. Days" my item should be shippend in 3 days from the payment, after 13 days they didn't shipped yet. But they can send you many free "apologize"
I ordered MEIZU M2 Note 4G LTE Phablet. Item arrived quickly enough. Phone came with multilingual firmware. I do not have to install yourself. It works quickly and reliably.

Okay so I bought several things from here and saw that this place might be a scam and surprisingly they responded to my ticket pretty fast, well not the first one but the two others yeah. They replied and canceled my order and gave me a feund. They said it would take 30 days but I'm not sure. Hopefully they do. Also i m not a fake I really thought this site is a scam but now not really. For me the CS was fine.

Gearbest, has one of the best prices and deals online for me, some of my orders have been fast, and I can always be sure to have a genuine product.
After buying several product xiaomi, I find myself with my package is confiscated by DHL and asked me to pay 41 € euros for € 100 paid on site. It's a ripoff.
I contacted support on several occasions, and this bunch of $#*! does not answer me!

I really like the store GearBest.com. I like the design of the site, which is very convenient. The layout of the website is good, not overloaded with colorful offers. I order Redmi Note 3 from gear best site according to the written in the site ( Ships within 3-5 business days) from Dec 7. And until today ( Dec 13) the status for my order is processing. I open ticket in the site about my order. The surprise was is the phone is not available in the site ( Out of stock). And it maybe will available after 7 to 10 days from today ( But in the site showing and still showing the item available for shipping within 3 to 5 days). They gave me two choices
1- Waiting and I didn't know until when
2- Changing my order ( Buying another product)
So there is no real return for money ( the money will be for the site)

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
