I was looking for a specific item and I asked before if it's stock. They said yes and I decide to buy it. 5 days later the order still showing "Processing", I ask first where is my order and because they didn't answer I canceled and ask for refund. 10 minutes later I got my money back, it's for that I love PayPal.
I have been doing business with GearBest since December of 2014 and have bought several items and have had a great experience. They have good prices and good shipping. No complaints whatsoever, I recommend them!
I bought a luminous collar for my dog. This thing is just excellent. I pinned it on the dog, and now my dog is lost in the darkness. I often walk their dogs in the evening, and decided to buy her a glowing necklace in your shop. Payment, and I did not expect that it will be sent as quickly usually shipping goods from other stores dragged on for a month, you do things differently.

I placed an order November 23rd. Item was shipped 7 days later and a tracking number was provided. That tracking number shows that it was delivered December 4th, to a Chinese resident. I live in the USA. I opened a ticket with Gear and they are claiming that the package is held up in customs. Strange that my tracking shows it was even signed for by a recipient in China. Scam artist! Opened a paypal claim immediately!

My Review - If I could give it no stars I would! DO NOT EVER do business with a company called GearBest! I placed an order in October, received two notifications the item was shipped in October, now two months later it still has not arrived. Their options - refund half my money, or 70% and continue to shop their site or pay half the money and they would reship.

I got a heck of a deal on these batteries and I'm loving them! Great performance and they are not knockoffs, they are legit. Shipping times were great, and while I do not mind the color that these came in, For a pack of 8 I couldn't pass up the price. Arrived well packaged and charged to the standard voltage upon arrival. Now I don't have to run back and forth to the charger all day and spend more time vaping.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
