Very convenient navigation on shop. Good prices. Often there are actions to discounts. Considering that discounts happen big moreover it is possible to use bonuses, the total price turns out very ridiculous. With delivery problems aren't present, it is possible free of charge, but for reliability the track is better to book room and to be quiet, knowing that the goods which you need soon will arrive.

I placed my order on the 4th December for a radio controlled car for my brother and have heard nothing back. The order has been 'processing' ever since. I tried to contact them to find out a delivery ETA but was met with a generic automated reply and a phone number that no one answers! Do not trust the '5 Star' reviews, they're false and written by GearBest themselves. My money's gone and the item never arrived, stay away from this site... it's a scam!

I recently ordered 2 mobile phones from Gear Best, then later read some of the terrible reviews on other sites. When they didn't ship my order after 10 days, I expected the worst and contacted customer service. They took a few days to get back, then told me the phones were out of stock - poor stock control as they were definitely marked as in stock when I place the order.
They offered me the usual - wait for more stock, choose another item or get the money refunded to Gear Best wallet. I explained I didn't want any of these options, but wanted a full refund to my Paypal account. After a couple of hours I'd received a full refund via Paypal.
Maybe I just got lucky, but I'd say that's excellent customer service!

I placed an order through PayPal because their sitr said was better thennormal credit card. Then after a week of processing but already taking my money. They asked me to send them a photo copy of both my id and credit card. Which is not appropriate. They then took a while to give money back and during this time ran out of the item. This site is untrust worthy and horrible.

I've ordered a mi band on Gearbest.com because they had the best price and seemed to be reliable. The fact that shipping is free is something I really appreciate. The order of the band was simple, especially because I was able to pay with paypal. Of course the shipping time for the free shipping is very long, but that wasn't a Problem for me. If you want to you can always chose a faster shipping method. The band was in is original package and worked perfect.
I'm very happy with Gearbest.com and happy that I found the website. Looking forward to order there again!
Order was placed on 11/30/15, I have sent two emails asking for shipping information and ETA of product and have not received any type of response besides automated emails. There is no direct contact information listed for this company. Extremely disappointed that there are 8 days until Christmas and this product has not even shipped!

Often buy in the store, very popular with the price and quality of goods! I ordered x-cube II from gearbest. Recieved it in 20 days. Everything is OK. Was very satisfied. The box mod works good.
I installed the Nitro OBD-2 fuel optimization device, and after almots 4 months of trying it i can tell tah it really works. The engine of my car has a better performance now.
Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
