In my opinion, this page is one of the best ones for buying technology. I have bought several things including my phone. The service was amazing and when i have problems there are always there for volving them. Also they give many discounts codes and i have never seen such a discount in an online selling website. I see that comments are very wrong for some guys, but for me it's a good review because i order a phone in eu warehouse and it makes 1 weeks to arrived at my house. So can i say that Gearbest is a bad site, no i cant. Can i say Gearbest is a good site yeah i can, cause i have troubles on my phone and they responds not so quicly but they respond to my questions.
Anyway their is some things that they could make it better but for now it's ok.
I ordered from GearBest about 1 month ago, they are not properly responding to my email and question I have sent them. They are taking so long, on their page, it says in stock but, in reality, it is out of stock. Then they make you wait even though it says in stock and also says shipping within 3 to 5 days.

See below for my first review. Finally, after a month, I received my product (LCD). I opened the box, and found a crack in the screen. I immediately contact the company and sent pictures. This what I got back from them "Actually we have a strict quality inspection before sending out. It may be cracked during the shipping." and "As a proof of good will they will" give me "8 USD on your GB wallet" Interesting, they pack it and decide on shipping but they are not responsible... Now I understand their full scam, in addition to using my money for few weeks, they will ship damaged products and claim that it happened in shipping and thus they are not responsible.
Company does not seem to be legit. They were supposed to ship my product 3-5 business days after they collected their money. Now 10 days later and nothing. They do not even respond to your enquiries. Don't waste your money like I did. Buy from a reputable vendor.

Bought W90 Smart Watch Phone and some other small gadgets, and I am very satisfied with the price and quality. I waited 25 days, but I understood that this is time necessary for process and shipment. For very affordable price with this last order basically I got a GSM phone on my wrist. And it looks like a cool watch! Didn't have any problems with them. Support is also available to help and for any additional questions, usual response time is about 24 hours. I recommended gearbest to my friends, because I like to shop and buy stuff, mostly gadgets at affordable price. What I especially really like are award points, for every order and review of that product you get points, which can be converted to discounts. Today I ordered DZ09 Single SIM Smart Watch Phone and Mini BM50 Keyboard Bluetooth Headset Dialer Phone for my birthday. With that everything being said, I would recommend gearbest further to anyone who like to buy gadgets at affordable price.

Ordered from them on Nov 28 and they promised an item would be delivered in 12-15 buisness days. This was a christmas gift for my son. When I contacted them on Dec 17 they had not even processed the order! Will NEVER order from them again. Now I am scrambling to try to find this item!

They said in the mail that my order has been shipped through netherlands post, but i have been trying to track it but the message i receive is " item is pre-advised"

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
