I did my order December the 3th and pay extra for fast delivery 4-5 days. 19 days later still nothing. I think all the good reviews must be from the who working there. All the 3 of them.
Some items can be misleading based on the pictures on their website. The six battery balance charger appearantly doesn't come with a usb cable to connect the usb plug to the balance charger despite the fact that all the pictures on the website show the cable and even the contents picture on the box shows the cable as included. In addition the usb cable is not a standard cable that you might have lying around because of the balance charger side. There is also a language barrier which complicates the customer service process.]

Dec 07,2015 I order XIAOMI REDMI Note 3 32GB 4G Phablet from GerBest (3-5 days to shipping). Never repeat this mistake! After two weeks of waiting, they finally told me, that this item is back ordered. So, they even dont have items, that they try to sell. This phone is still in this store, and anybody able to buy it. Right now they event cant tell me, when my order will be shipped.

Absolutely no concern to resolve your issue. I received a product with half the parts missing. They are unable to understand English and a thread of thought. Support emails are polite but unhelpful. They lose information, misunderstand the issue and keep placating you until you give up. The value of the product does not warrant the hours of emails to TRY and resolve the situation. Worst service on the Internet bar any!

I've ordered several times from GB already, payment goes smoothly, got my orders shipped from them fast, well packed and working, everything as described.

They have good prices however the're order filling is totally chaotic and unreliable at best. I have placed several orders with Gearbest over last 6 months. The first single item order took about 6 weeks to receive. (expected this). Second order had three of the same item also took a long time to "dispatched" (shipped out) almost one month, but did receive it quickly once shipped. Now I have placed order with multiple items and quantities, I have received order but is missing 8 items out of the 11 that were placed. I have left an inquire on the're messaging board and will update rating if is resolved satisfactorily. Bottom line it's a nail bitter waiting to see if you get what you pay for in a reasonable time frame or at all. PS I do believe there are a lot of phony favorable reviews of them.

I have received everything in all my orders. It took all of about 4.5 months for the final items to arrive. So I will upgrade to 3 Stars. At this point I would order from Gearbest again, but only if the deal was too good to pass up.

Two month later I still do not have my xmas present. They juts replied it was shipped but nothing received and keep spamming me with offers that they probably will never ship.
As I can see from the other users this is some normal practise of theirs so stay away.
Gearbest you should not bother dealing with any kind of service!

At least one other site noted that there appeared to be multiple positive 5-start reveiw that were fraudulent. They say, "our proprietary software has discovered a large number of fake reviews on this domain. Consequently, we have investigated all reviews connected to this domain and have removed several hundreds of reviews from the domain."
So take note of those 5-start reviews with only one one review to their credit.
I'll grant you that if you look at my record you'll only see this one review. But I ask you - who is more likely to seek out somewhat obscure websites to post a review on, one who is pissed or one who is pleased.

Gearbest is very interesting shop. Made their order W**************. Goods come in 20 days. Very fast delivery. This product was high quality, packed securely and no problems with it was not. The store is very satisfied! I paid through Paypal.

Had a quite pleasefull expreience buying in this online-store. Both items are original Xiaom i products. Package was well packed and came undamaged. Items werefully functional and the shipping time was normal.
Never ever recieved my order. Its been nearly 3 weeks and nothing. I never received email confirmation. And apperently they had no record of my order. I wish i can give these people 0 stars. Had to call my bank to dispute charges.

Since a couple years i am buying from stores over the internet from China.
But most of the time i get 1 good order and after that it goes down.
So recently i did my first buy from Gearbest.
I read they are a bit more expensive and after some research it came down 1 dollar more.
Or even cheaper, so it has to do with what you are buying and the moment you buy it.
Because they almost all the time have sales and discounts.
But heres the kicker, I noticed that the quality of all the items i bought is way better.
So that check every item and probably when it comes in and when it leaves there company.
This is what i presume, not 100% sure but every item is in perfect working order brand-new no scratch on it in original box they contact you before shipping and if you are good with it they ship it you get a picture of the package and VOILA!
You also notice you are a customer and no number.
They take the time to please you and are very friendly.
Every week I would get an email from them saying, "your order is being processed, will ship in 10-25 business days. A month later no answer, nor shipment. RIP OFF!

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
